| In recent years,with the increasing number of college students,the size of college students who have returned to school is also growing.However,in this process,some students who have returned to school after retirement will inevitably have difficulties in adaptation due to the changes of their environment and roles.Therefore,this study adopts questionnaire method and semi-structured interview method to study the campus adaptation of some retired college students in colleges and universities in Shandong Province through social support theory.Through the questionnaire survey and interview of the retired college students in Shandong Province,it is found that the retired college students are not "plain sailing" after returning to school,which is embodied in their interpersonal difficulties,psychological maladjustment,difficulties in academic participation and other problems.The main reasons for these problems are culture shock caused by civil-military cultural collision,role conflict caused by overlapping and mixing of identities,and weak social support.In the view of this study,the main cause of college students’ social adjustment obstacles on campus is one-sided or insufficient social support.Therefore,this study focuses on the social support network,adheres to the "inside" and "outside" perspectives,explores from the two aspects of external role and its own factors,and points out that there is a contradiction between the actual needs of retired college students in campus adaptation and corresponding social support.Therefore,in order to effectively solve this contradiction,strengthening social support is the key.Specifically,in order to effectively solve the retired resumption college schooling,implementation into the campus,from individual,school,family,military,and many other aspects,namely,building social support networks,to promote individual positive adjustment,to carry out special group activities,to individual differences in service activities,and promote the retired resumption college students better adapt to campus life and learning,schooling To promote their better healthy growth and smooth development. |
