As two important parts of individual life,the work area and the family area are related to the quality of individual life and living standard.Therefore,the individual has been committed to the balanced development of the two systems to achieve the overall goal of “hard work and happy life”.It is worth noting that the boundary between work and family is changing with the development of society and the progress of science and technology.Many individuals are faced with the situation of boundary penetration of work and family,including the penetration of work elements into the family and family elements into the work or family elements and work elements into each other.The occurrence of these situations will more or less affect the subjective feelings and behavior of individuals in the work area and the family area.Therefore,how to effectively deal with the boundary penetration of work and family has become a new challenge for individuals to achieve the goal of balancing work and family.The process of the change of work family boundary affecting the individual's subjective feeling and behavior is relatively complex,involving other factors of work and family and many factors from the individual.Therefore,based on the characteristics of work family boundary penetration,this study constructed a one-way penetration model and a two-way penetration model between work and family to deeply understand the impact of boundary penetration of work and family on individual subjective well-being and job engagement.In the one-way model,the independent variables are work-family boundary penetration and family-work boundary penetration,and the work-family balance self-efficacy is introduced as the mediator variable,and the proactive personality is introduced as the moderator variable;In the two-way model,The effects of work-family boundary penetration and family-work boundary penetration fit on individual subjective well-being and job engagement are discussed.On this basis,this study analyzes the category of available fit of work-family boundary penetration and family-work boundary penetration that make high level of subjective well-being and high level of job engagement exist simultaneously.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: The conclusions based on the one-way penetration model are as follows(1)Part of the work-family boundary penetration directly affects subjective well-being,some work-family boundarypenetration affects subjective well-being through work-family balance self-efficacy,and the mediator interpreter is less than the direct interpreter.It's worth noting that job engagement is similar to subjective well-being;(2)Part of the family-work boundary penetration directly affects subjective well-being,some family-work boundary penetration affects subjective well-being through work-family balance self-efficacy,and the mediator interpreter is more than the direct interpreter.Among them,proactive personality plays a moderating role in the process of family-work boundary penetration affecting the work-family balance self-efficacy.It's worth noting that job engagement is similar to subjective well-being.The conclusions based on the two-way penetration model are as follows(1)When the degree of work-family boundary penetration is lower than that of work-family boundary penetration and the difference between them is gradually reduced,the individual subjective well-being increases and then decreases;When the degree of work-family boundary penetration is higher than that of work-family boundary penetration and the difference between them is gradually increased,the individual subjective well-being reduces.When the degree of work-family boundary penetration is lower than that of work-family boundary penetration and the difference between them is gradually reduced,the individual job engagement increases and then decreases;When the degree of work-family boundary penetration is higher than that of work-family boundary penetration and the difference between them is gradually increased,the individual job engagement reduces.(2)In the case of symmetrical penetration of the boundary between work and family,the individual subjective well-being increases temporarily and then decreases continuously with the higher penetration degree;In the case of symmetrical penetration of the boundary between work and family,the individual job engagement increases temporarily and then decreases continuously with the higher penetration degree.Finally,based on the category fit of work-family boundary penetration and family-work boundary penetration,which enables both high level of subjective well-being and high level of job engagement,and according to the research conclusions,the corresponding strategies are proposed from two aspects,namely,organization and individual,to help individuals achieve the goal of hard work and happy life.There are 25 figures,135 tables and 170 reference in this paper.
