Teenagers are the future of our country,deep expectations have been given to them and high school is an important turning point of their lives.The good ability of senior high school students to adapt to boarding campus life plays a very important role in their mental health.This study focuses on the students' self-efficacy and resilience,which influences school adaptation,and it aims to enrich the theoretical basis of research in this field.From the perspective of positive psychology,this study selected a total of 400 students from two boarding schools to conduct a questionnaire survey.One is a boarding middle school in Hetian City with typical southern Xinjiang characteristics,the other is from the 224 regiment middle school under the jurisdiction of the regiment.To explore the relationship between their general self-efficacy,resilience and school adaptation,the "Adolescent Resilience Scale","General Self-Efficacy Scale" and "School Adaptation Scale" are used to analyze the current situation of students in boarding high schools.The findings are as follows:First,there are significant differences in gender,grade,achievement levels and the educational level of fathers.Second,there are significant differences in the factors of resilience in different achievement levels,monthly family wage and fathers' education level,such as goal focusing,emotion control,positive cognition,interpersonal assistance.Third,there are significant differences in some factors of school adaptation in gender,birthplace,grade,students with different achievement levels and parents' level of education,such as learning adaptation,peer relationship,group activities,school attitude,close and conflict teacher-student relationship.Fourth,there was a significant positive correlation between the general self-efficacy,resilience and school adaptation.Fifth,the personal and supportive strength of resilience can significantly predict school adaptation.Sixth,resilience plays a partial mediating role between general self-efficacy and school adaptation.Conclusion:The general self-efficacy of boarding high school students is closely related to the level of resilience and school adaptation.General self-efficacy can not only directly affect the level of school adaptation,but also indirectly affect the development of school adaptation through the personal strength and support strength of resilience.
