With the implementation of New curriculum reform and quality education,all sectors of the society have paid more attention to the development of students' personality and the overall development of individuals.The junior high school physical education and health course is a compulsory course at the nine-year compulsory education stage.It assumes the responsibility of cultivating students' awareness of lifelong physical exercise and sports learning interest.The junior high school stage is a sensitive period for various qualities and skills learning.The election of teaching methods must be combined with students' physical and mental development.Teacher-friend mutual assistance focuses on the overall development and individuality of students,insists that each student is a leader,and allows each student to have the opportunity to become a teacher in different teaching content.Experience the joy of success,enhance students' self-confidence and interest of sports learning.Through the practice of Teacher-friend mutual assistance in junior middle school physical education,this paper finds that it not only improves students 'knowledge,skills,physical fitness,emotional performance,and interest in physical education,but also enriches the choice of teachers' teaching methods.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaires,experiments,mathematical statistics and other methods to study and analyze the concept of Teacher-friend mutual assistance and the current situation of junior high school physical education.Besides,the application of Teacher-friend mutual assistance combined with junior high school physical education,illustrating it's teaching steps,identity and the final evaluation.First of all,we learn eight eighth grades of Shi hezi No.16 Middle School,selecting two similar administrative classes of eighth grade one and six for control and experiment respectively.The paper tested the physical fitness,motor skills,physical education knowledge,physical education interest,emotional performance,and cooperative spirit of the two classes before the experiment.The physical fitness and motor skills were monitored in the middle of the experiment.All above test indicators were post-tested,and some students were interviewed to grasp their learning situation and provide good countermeasures.After three months of experimental research on junior with Teacher-friend mutual assistance in junior high school physical education,the results found that:(1)Teacher-friend mutual assistance can effectively improve some students' physical fitness(pull-ups,one-minute sit-ups,standing long jumps).(2)Teacher-friend mutual assistance can obviously improve students' enthusiasm for sports learning.(3)Teacher-friend mutual assistance can effectively promote the mastery of students' basketball skills.(4)Teacher-friend mutual assistance can effectively improve the emotional performance and cooperative spirit of junior high school students.At the end of the article,the outlook is also proposed: the construction of the criteria for the division of mentors and identities;the promotion of the application of mentoring and mutual learning after class;and the promotion of a new model of home-school cooperativeeducation.
