Physical exercise class is a key link in physics teaching.It is a class type of combining theory with practice,changing and understanding the knowledge learned.In order to understand the knowledge deeply,students need to complete a lot of exercises after class to train their physical thinking.At present,the problem of exercise teaching is how to correct and deepen the correct understanding of students' knowledge in a short and limited time?Educators constantly explore efficient teaching methods,according to the learning pyramid and other educational psychological theory,put forward the mutual learning mode of teachers and friends.The effect of students' active learning is far more than that of traditional teachers.It is of great significance to study the learning mode of"mutual help between teachers and friends" in junior middle school physics exercise class.The mutual learning mode of teachers and friends is one-to-one help to explain,which can not only help teachers to deepen their understanding of their own knowledge and clarify their own shortcomings,but also enable students to solve some common knowledge blind spots of their own non class,and master their problem-solving thinking mode and effective learning methods[1].But at present,although many classes adopt the teacher friend mutual learning mode,they ignore the characteristics of their own class students and the characteristics of the class type,which makes the teacher friend mutual aid mode stay in the form,and does not stimulate the students' learning initiative.Most students are still passive learning,with little effect.This paper studies how to make teachers and friends help each other and how to use it efficiently in junior high school physics exercise teachingThe first chapter mainly introduces the background and current situation of the research topic,and then comprehensively understands and establishes the problems to be studied.At the same time,the method of the research is the questionnaire method and the paper analysis method.The second chapter introduces the main educational psychological theories that need to be used in the research project,which are:constructivism learning theory,which is used to study how to stimulate students' active learning and improve their learning efficiency;vygowski's zone of proximal development theory is used to study how to stimulate students' potential autonomous learning ability and creativity,so that students can develop and develop on the basis of reality Progress;and cognitive learning theory,study how to strengthen the psychological motivation of students' active learning,indicating that the effect of active learning is far from the effect of passive learning.Then explain the definition of the relevant concepts,mainly explain in detail the relevant characteristics of junior high school physics exercise teaching,and the specific content of the mutual learning mode of teachers and friends,to help us understand the problems to be studied.The third chapter mainly through the questionnaire survey of the current situation of the "teacher friend mutual assistance" mode in junior high school physics exercise class,analyzes the problems of this mode in junior high school physics exercise class teaching.This chapter also discusses in detail the background of the questionnaire survey,that is,region,school,theme,junior high school students' physical and mental characteristics,junior high school physics exercise curriculum characteristics,as well as the purpose,content,data processing,result analysis of the questionnaire survey.The fourth chapter is mainly based on the theoretical analysis,the paper puts forward four main coping strategies:Based on the characteristics of physics discipline and students,scientifically establish "teachers and friends" team,regularly adjust,dynamic management,exercise classification and difficulty stratification,equip physical experimental equipment,effectively set up "teacher friend mutual assistance" mode,"Teachers and friends" binding evaluation,"group" integral score,and set physics In addition,it can encourage "teachers and friends" and effectively fine tune the mode of"mutual assistance between teachers and friends".Then I apply my strategy to the exercise classroom teaching,through the case practice,and after the practice through the performance analysis,student questionnaire and teacher interviews to analyze the effect,to understand the feasibility of the strategy.
