As an indispensable part of basic education,high school physical education has its unique educational value in the current development of quality-oriented education.The effective development of physical education is conducive to the formation and development of students' subject core literacy.However,in the special period of senior three,due to the widespread concern of the society,schools and parents,students' learning pressure and psychological pressure are relatively large,and the quality of physical education class is worthy of attention.The quality of the key high school sports teaching work and the degree of implementing the school sports work regulations have a leading role for the general high school.Therefore,this paper adopts documentary method,investigation method,logical analysis method and mathematical statistics method.this paper takes the physical education teachers and students of senior three in ten key high schools of Nanyang City as the objects of investigation,and synthesizes the physical education teaching environment,content,method and teaching of senior three in key high schools of Nanyang City through students,teachers,parents and leaders and other subjects related to physical education The main content of these physical education courses,such as learning mode and physical education teaching effect,is to study the specific development of physical education in senior three of key high schools in Nanyang city.The results show that:1.The reform of the curriculum standard(2017)of the key senior high schools in Nanyang city has not been paid attention to.Physical education is not included in the finalassessment results.The status of physical education in school education is negligible.Although the physical education in senior three can maintain two class hours per week,there is a widespread phenomenon that physical education is occupied and misappropriated.2.senior 3 students have great interest in sports,but because learning pressure,the shortage of teaching space equipment limited,weak grade three sports study atmosphere,school sports is difficult to meet the students' interest in diversification orientation and other external factors and a few students personal factors of fear of dirty,restricted the nanyang municipal key senior high school students' learning enthusiasm.3.In the process of carrying out physical education in the third year of high school,students are confronted with the following difficulties: the teaching method is still the administrative class teaching which is mainly taught by teachers and passively accepted by students;The teaching content is monotonous,there is no complete teaching plan before class,and the classroom setting is too simple to arouse students' interest in class.Teachers are not enough to grasp the progress of physical education reform and it is difficult to integrate the teaching methods with the requirements of physical education reform.4.The lack of education level,the proportion of male and female teachers,the teachers' understanding of the new curriculum standard,the low level of post Vocational Continuing Education and training,the lack of opportunities,the lack of timely updating of professional skills,the low level of overall scientific research and so on,which affect the quality of physical education.5.Nanyang city's key high school sports venues and equipment are not perfect enough to meet the needs of students and teachers for physical education.There is a gapbetween the number and variety of sports venues and equipment in primary and secondary schools and the basic standards for the allocation of sports venues and equipment,which has an impact on the quality of physical education.According to the above survey results,this paper adheres to the principle of scientific,systematic and overall,analyzes the specific problems,and puts forward its own suggestions:1.The relevant departments of Nanyang city should pay close attention to the progress of physical education curriculum reform,improve the declining status of physical education in school education,incorporate the results of physical education into the evaluation system of teachers and students,and ensure the quality of physical education in senior three.2.Actively carry out interesting after-school sports events,give play to the main role of students in the teaching process,create a sports classroom atmosphere that senior three students like,and stimulate their interest in sports learning.3.Teachers should improve their professional quality,carry out effective teaching and research activities every week in the third stage of senior high school,carry out in-depth discussion on the new curriculum standard of senior high school,implement the suggestions of selective teaching specifically,and improve the quality of physical education in the third stage of senior high school.4.Nanyang key high schools eliminate the preferential treatment between disciplines and grades,effectively meet the real needs of PE teachers,and improve the enthusiasm of PE teachers in senior three.5.The school should make up the necessary sports facilities according to the national regulations,teachers and students play the wisdom,create new games,actively open up new sports learning venues,and solve the problem of hardware shortage.
