Reform and opening-up of our country sports education career change dramatically,but the rural physical education is still the biggest constraint of the development of quality education in our country.Physical education as an important part of rural basic education,rural education lag seriously restricts the development of rural sports teaching and implementation.Teaching supervision as part of the education teaching management,it is not only to carry out the implementation of the important link of administering education according to law,is an important means of physical education reform and development,its organization and implementation will greatly promote the development of the rural physical education in China.From the current situation of Nanyang rural junior middle school sports teaching,the sports teaching supervision and the implementation is not optimistic,thus strengthening the sports education teaching supervision of the research is very necessary.This paper mainly adopts the following four methods to study the teaching supervision of sports teaching in rural junior middle schools in Nanyang city,including literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.In this study,some teachers and students in the rural junior middle schools of 25 cities in Fangcheng county,Tanghe county,Zhenping county,Xixia county and Xichuan county were investigated.Theory research mainly includes five parts: the relative concepts of sports teaching supervision research,macro and micro study abroad teaching supervision,domestic research on rural sports teaching,sports teaching evaluation,and quality inspection,sports teaching monitoring and evaluation;Practice research mainly divided into the following five parts: Nanyang rural junior middle school sports teaching organization supervision,the supervision of the teachers' level of analysis,physical education teaching safeguard of supervision,the supervision of the student sports study analysis and the analysis of physical education teaching quality supervision.Based on Nanyang rural junior middle school sports teaching to supervise the issuance of questionnaires and recycling and effective data collection and analysis of research,found that Nanyang rural economy,cultural lag behind seriously affect and restrict the sports teaching level and the improvement of teaching quality in the region.Influenced by education and education,schools,teachers,parents,and students still "treat each other differently".In sports class setting,the arrangement of teaching content,the development of sports activities,sports teaching conditions cannot get the attention of the schools and teachers,the stronghold of the teaching content of the single form drab not student's welcome,graduation rates less than parents to support.The research mainly concludes that the rural junior middle school in Nanyang city lacks strong supervision and management during the course of physical education and its implementation.Sports teaching content selection is given priority to with physical examination test project in Henan province,often in the form of physical training classroom teaching,neglecting the students interests and hobbies and sports values education;The implementation and implementation of extra-curricular activities are not in place,and there is a lack of unified supervision and guidance for the organization and management of sports activities.The training of PE teachers should not be paid enough attention and effective guarantee,the sports teaching site and equipment are equipped with improvement but lack of perfect management;The monitoring of students' physical education is quantitative and lacks the supervision and guidance of emotional cognition.The teaching supervision mechanism of physical education is not perfect,the supervision content is not comprehensive,the supervision is not strong,the result feedback is not timely,the supervision of the result light process,the guidance of the multi-command little service.All these have exposed the imperfect physical education management in our city,and the imperfect evaluation and evaluation mechanism of the supervision of physical education.
