In the information age of education,information technology can affect the quality and way of education and change the form of education.The integration of subject teaching with information technology can optimize the teaching method,improve the teaching quality,efficiently display the course content,change students' learning thinking,and comprehensively improve students' learning effect and ability.Therefore,the application ability of teachers' information technology is particularly important in school education.This paper takes 760 high school teachers from four middle schools in zhenping county,henan province as the research object,investigates and analyzes the status quo of their application ability of information technology,and formulates strategies and training Suggestions to improve the application ability of information technology of high school teachers.It can be used for reference to improve the information technology application ability of high school teachers in zhenping county,and it also has certain reference value to improve the information technology application ability of teachers in similar high schools in other regions.In this paper,the current situation of information technology teaching at home and abroad is sorted out,and the research results of different experts and scholars on the application ability of information technology of teachers are analyzed.Then,taking high school teachers in zhenping county,henan province as the object of investigation,the investigation process was designed and implemented in combination with four informatization related dimensions of "subject teaching method knowledge","technical content knowledge","subject content knowledge of integrated technology" and "subject teaching method knowledge of integrated technology" in the framework of "TPACK".,according to the results of the questionnaire to the integration of information technology disciplines zhenping county high school teachers teaching level of the knowledge of the four dimensions of average distribution uneven,and the lowest levels of knowledge to make analysis technology,then analyzed the high school teachers in different gender,teaching age,educational background,disciplines and regions under the condition of information technology application abilities,such as differences in the status quo,in the final analysis summarizes the problems existing in the high school teachers' information technology application ability: Teachers realize the importance of information technology in teaching,but lack the ability of practical application.Most of the teaching resources of science section are not targeted;The ability to change learning style needs to be improved.At the same time,this paper investigates the status quo of information technology application ability training for high school teachers.Firstly,it designs an interview outline for the status quo and intention of training,and conducts a survey on high schools in zhenping county,henan province to comb out the problems existing in the training.In order to enhance the level of high school teachers' information technology application ability,this article put forward to change the teachers' ideas,increase information technology investment and realize the sharing of teaching resources,establish an effective evaluation system,and to carry out information technology ability training strategy,and build a diversified teacher TPACK ability ascension path framework,from professional learning,peer mutual aid,and independent development perspective deepen realization of teachers' individual cognitive,social construction and identity,improving high school teachers' information technology application ability,at the same time,according to the problems existing in the information technology training for training strategies,including: Importance of ascension,reasonable arrangement of trainingcourses;Arrange training according to teachers' needs;Strengthening the application of information technology;Establish an incentive for it training.
