The cultivation of the application ability of information technology is an indispensable element in the process of actively promoting the innovation of teachers' education, and it is also a research hotspot of teachers' professional development. The course of Application of Modern Educational Technology in normal universities carries the task of deepening the integration of information technology and disciplines, and cultivating the application ability of teachers' information technology.TPACK emphasizes the integration of technology into teaching to adapt to the effective teaching in the information age, which is an important indicator to measure the application ability of teachers' information technology.Under the guidance of TPACK,this study aims to optimize the teaching of educational technology courses from the aspects of teaching content and methods,in order to improve the level of information technology application ability of middle school chemistry teacher. This paper investigates the current situation of chemistry teachers' information technology application ability from four dimensions: awareness and attitude, knowledge and skills, application and innovation, and analyzes the problems in the course of improving the educational technology ability of chemistry teachers in middle schools. It's found that most of the chemistry teachers' information technology operation skills are weak, the use of information technology to control the classroom ability is insufficient, and the application ability of information technology needs to be improved. The skills of young and middle-aged teachers are acquired during school study or in follow-up on-the-job training,However,at present, most of the in-service teachers' information technology training courses are scattered, with weak pertinence and operability,so it is difficult to achieve systematic improvement. Therefore, this paper improves the information technology application ability of middle school chemistry Teacher from the source by optimizing the teaching of educational technology coursesBased on the analysis of the current teaching content of educational technologycourse, this paper reorganizes the course content of the educational technology curriculum for chemistry teachers;based on the TPACK framework, teaching system theory and case teaching method,it constructs the "project-based teaching mode based on micro-courses" and applies it to specific teaching practice;according to the teaching characteristics of chemistry subject,it aims to taking "Image resource processing, multimedia Courseware making and chemical specialty software Application" as an example, the teaching design, application implementation, classroom observation and teaching effect quasi experimental research are carried out respectively. Finally, the application ability of information technology of middle school chemistry teacher is tracked and tested. The research results show that the application of project-based case teaching based on micro-courses has improved the level of information technology application ability of chemistry teachers to a certain extent;it has an enlightening effect on the application of information technology to subject teaching by middle school chemistry teachers;it has a supporting role in the construction of educational resources and guides teachers to use digital educational resources to assist practical teaching. The research proposes a classification teaching idea that combines "common skills +subject characteristics";starting from the demands of front-line teachers, optimizing the curriculum teaching content according to the subject background;strengthening the independent inquiry activities in the classroom, and providing suggestions for middle school chemistry teachers' ability to apply information technology practical reference.
