In May 27,2014, the Ministry of Education promulgated the "standards for the application of information technology in primary and secondary school teachers (for Trial Implementation)", In the standard, information technology application ability is the primary and secondary school teachers to use information technology to improve their work efficiency, promote the development of students’ learning achievement and ability, and support their own sustainable development of professional ability. In order to promote and accelerate the process of education informationization, the provinces in the formulation of the education informationization reform the program, and the organize teachers take part in information technology application ability training. In this context, in order to improve the ability of information technology application in the experimentation area, and improve the teachers’ ability of classroom teaching by using information technology, we using the method of literature research, questionnaire survey and other methods. And in the light of information technology application ability standard, and investigate the status and demand of information technology application ability of teachers in primary and secondary schools, by combining with the idea of TPACK, to set goal, select training content, design and product of curriculum resources, by learning method based on the design of learning to design training process, and develop training curriculum evaluation index.In the training process, we take the task driven method, to organize teacher under the premise of the flipped classroom teaching design, group cooperative inquiry, design and open teaching resources, and the design application of the results to the practical teaching. Final report summarizes the implementation results. At the end of the training for two weeks, we make questionnaire survey to teachers, training of personnel management and experts, the conclusion is, the course design and implementation to achieve the setting goals, teachers using the information technology to optimize the classroom and teaching ability has been effectively improved, which technology literacy, planning and preparation, organization and implementation, evaluation and diagnosis of have been different degree promotion.The design and implementation of this training course is very different from the previous training. First, before the training curriculum design we did the training needs research, which is more receptive to the content of the training, to provide teachers with the enthusiasm of the training; secondly, the TPACK is based on the concept, subject content, teaching method and technology integration training, focusing on training.The ability of using information technology in teaching, rather than simply the use of information technology; Then, according to the TPACK theory, the combination of technology and content is complex, in the design of training courses need to be divided into disciplines, according to the characteristics of the subject content teaching, to choose the appropriate technology and application methods; Finally in the choice of training methods, the training based on task and demand, and is not a simple teaching by theory and practice of combining, rather than only the inculcation theory, and don’t care about problem of follow-up of teaching practice.
