According to the curriculum standards of general high school mathematics(2017 edition),teachers should attach importance to the application of information technology, optimize classroom teaching, and transform teaching and learning methods.Teachers should Pay attention to the in-depth integration of information technology and mathematics courses to achieve the effects that traditional teaching methods cannot achieve. With the introduction of the "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan",high school mathematics education has entered a new era of information technology.High school mathematics teachers should give full play to the characteristics of information technology such as visualization, visualization and dynamics, and effectively integrate it into mathematics. In order to improve the effectiveness of mathematics teaching. The teaching of high school mathematics problem guidance is helpful to the development of students' core literacy. In this study, the problem-oriented teaching is the main line, making full use of the advantages of information technology, according to the multi-representation theory and cognitive load theory, and according to the principles of teaching information design, this paper puts forward the strategy of using information technology to optimize high school mathematics problem-oriented teaching. And according to the strategy to optimize the problem-oriented teaching design, and then apply the two teaching designs to the teaching experiment.Combining questionnaire survey method, interview method and spss analysis method, the experimental results are obtained. This study mainly elaborated the research result from two aspects of theoretical research and practical research :In the aspect of theoretical research, the concept of information technology and problem guidance is defined through literature review, and in-depth analysis of relevant research at home and abroad in information technology and math problem guidance is conducted. On the basis of a series of teaching theories and basic principles, combined with the advantages of high school math problem guidance teaching and information technology, four strategies for using information technology to optimize high school math problem guidance teaching are proposed:(1)The situation of material enhancement problems;(2)Information highlights the key to the problem;(3)Visual aids thinking in solving problems;(4)Maps deepen the summary of problem solving. At the same time provide the strategy application of the corresponding real case. Finally, taking the problem guide design of "The Concept of Function","Exponential Function and Its Properties","Logarithm and Logarithm Operation" as an example, the strategy of applying information technology to optimize the teaching of high school mathematics problem guide is optimized. In the aspect of practical research, teaching experiment is the main part and investigation and research is the auxiliary part.Firstly, the teaching contents of the 20 class hours of high school mathematics "function" unit are designed according to the relevant theories and principles of problem guidance. Then, according to the strategy of using information technology to optimize the guiding teaching of high school mathematics problems, the above teaching design is further optimized by using dynamic mathematics software and multimedia assistant teaching office software. At last, the two teaching designs were implemented in the control class and the experimental class respectively, and the teaching experiment was carried out by the author.By comparing the experimental data of two classes, the paper examines the influence of the problem guidance teaching optimized by this strategy on the learning effect of students' learning function. The research results show that the strategy of using information technology to optimize the guidance and teaching of high school mathematics problems can promote the mathematics learning performance of high school students.Students in the experimental class have significantly improved their math scores and their learning efficiency. From the questionnaire survey and interviews, using information technology to optimize the design of the high school mathematics question guiding teaching strategies of teaching has certain positive influence on the students, students' ability in understanding of mathematics, mathematics problem solving ability, learning mathematics emotion attitude, mathematics learning, mathematics thinking level five aspects are motivated to improve.
