| The level of socio-economic development is seriously affected by the quality of the regional living environment and the coordination of population distribution.In the current period,with the rapid development of economic conditions and the gradual improvement of living standards,the requirements of human beings on the living environment are also improving.Most scholars' researches on the quality of human settlements are mostly about the evaluation of sustainable development of urban human settlements.However,few scholars have been able to comprehensively consider both natural and human aspects to systematically evaluate the human settlement environment in the background of urban agglomerations.The Guanzhong Plain urban agglomerations are in the center of inland China.It has a unique strategic position in the overall situation of national modernization construction and all-round opening pattern.It is of great significance to vigorously develop the region to promote the national economic growth and market space expansion.Vigorously developing the area is of great significance to the promotion of western development and the "One Belt And One Road" strategy.This article takes the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration as the research object.This article is based on multi-source data.And it mainly uses GIS and RS technology.This paper comprehensively considers the natural environment,social environment and economic environment.The suitability degree of human settlements in this area is divided into five levels by using the natural fracture method.It mainly constructs the calculation model of human settlements suitability assessment of the Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomerations based on the multi grid of natural data and human data.It is convenient for the author to analyze the spatial differentiation characteristics of human settlements in Guanzhong Plain urban agglomerations.According to the population distribution of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration,calculate the time series change of the population in different grades of suitable areas.In order to explore the coordination between the spatial distribution of population and the quality of human settlements,with a view to providing reference for sustainable development and policy formulation of regional human-land relations.The results show that:(1)Most affected by topographic factors,the natural environment of human settlements in the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration presents a spatial distribution pattern that gradually increases from west to east,from plains,valleys to mountains and plateaus.Therefore,the terrain fluctuation has a negative correlation with the natural environment of human settlements.The spatial distribution of the natural factor index is most significantly affected by topographical factors.The flatter the terrain is,the higher the natural factor index is.At the same time,influenced by climate and vegetation factors,the natural index of human settlements shows an obvious gradual change direction from west to East.The natural factor index of human settlements in Fenhe Valley in the northeast and Guanzhong Plain in the middle of Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration are higher.Mean value is above 0.6.The Loess Plateau in the middle of Gansu Province is the lowest,and the average value of natural index is less than 0.5.(2)The comprehensive index of human factors of human settlements in Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration is significantly affected by the urban administrative hierarchy.Its shows a spatial distribution pattern of decreasing from the town center to the outer step.The spatial distribution of the comprehensive index of human factors is most obviously affected by economic development and traffic.The more developed the economy,the higher the comprehensive index of regional human factors.(3)The comprehensive index of the environmental quality of human settlements in the urban agglomeration of the Guanzhong Plain is located between 0.216 and 0.716.Its spatial distribution shows that it increases from west to East,from plain,valley to mountain and plateau in turn in the natural factor index.It shows the spatial distribution law that the human factor index of urban area is higher than that of non urban area.So it has double distribution characteristics.The spatial distribution pattern is generally shown as a belt pattern of gradual decline of Guanzhong Plain and Fenhe valley.The area of unsuitable area of human settlements is very small,only 0.60% of the total area.The area of highly suitable residential environment is also very small,accounting for only 3.70% of the total area.The second is critical suitable area,accounting for 9.38% of the total area.The area of general suitable area and relatively suitable area is the largest,and the sum of them exceeds 85% of the total area of the area.According to the statistics of administrative divisions,only Xi'an is a highly suitable area,excluding Lintong District,Gaoling district and Chang'an District.Wushan County,Gangu County and Qin'an County in Tianshui city belong to the adjacent suitable areas.Other counties and districts are generally suitable and relatively suitable.No county administrative unit belongs to the unsuitable area.(4)The area with the best quality of human settlements in Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration is also the area with the highest population density.The spatial distribution of population density and the quality of living environment are remarkably consistent.Therefore,the spatial distribution of population density here also shows the characteristics of plain,valley higher than mountain.And the spatial distribution of population density here has the law that the city is higher than the country.The population of Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration shows a rapid growth trend.Among them,the population in the highly suitable areas has the fastest growth,with a growth rate of 32.26%.In the 18 years from 2001 to 2018,the total population of the region increased by 1.0518 million.The higher the quality of human settlements in the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration,the higher the population density and the more adequate land use.(5)We should pay more attention to the construction of human settlements soft environment and promote the coordinated and high-quality development of various indicators in the highly suitable area with the highest living environment quality.The soft environment of human settlements mainly includes the construction of public service facilities,greening environment of people's living community,neighborhood relationship,people's leisure and entertainment life,social equity and security,etc.The more suitable area should learn from the excellent development experience of the highly suitable area.General and critical suitable areas are widely distributed in towns and rural areas.We should resolutely implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and strengthen the construction of beautiful villages.We should pay more attention to the protection of ecological environment in the unsuitable area of high altitude area. |
