The traditional method of the statistical population is based on theadministrative units, which consider the population distribute in everywhere evenly. It isignore the series of facts which effected on the population distribution, such as naturalconditions, social economy, history environmental. As in the actual geographic units,the population is not distribute in the region evenly. While it is always concentrate insomewhere or scatter in other place or not exist in the place.Due to the impacts of environmental factors such as topography, climate and others,there is usually a large non-population distribution in the statistical unit,and in differentscales characterize the depict of population distribution is in different Degree ofaccuracy.However, the specialization of Population data model can distribute the populationin specific geographic location, which combining the population and its geographicalposition to display the population distribute in the spatial position and the number of thepopulation in this location, and convert the population data in different scales bycontrolling the unit size, Moreover based on the research of population dynamic in thesmall-scale which could generate a grid show the population’s position change indifferent time periods, to describe the population’s temporal dynamics in the spatial.In this paper, through selecting the building area on the residents and the trafficfactors which have more influence on the population distribute as the main reference toestablish the model of the specialization population, and apply it on the specialization ofpopulation in the east of the Panzhihua City.Firstly, calculate the average population density which consider the residents areaas the parameters. secondly, according to certain correction coefficient, convert theaverage population data to the regular grid by the methods of the Grid and surfaceinterpolation. The coefficient parameters is determined by the graded assignment on the buildings which according to the buildings that effected by different highway gradebased on the location theory. Then through calculating the weight of the different roadgrade effected on the buildings distribution to estimate each value of the buildings to getthe general location of scores. And regard the neighborhood office as a statistic unit,assign the building score frequency in several level within the neighborhood.Thenallocation the average population to the level equivalently in the neighborhood. At last,add or subtract the original population density with the final score increase ordecrease.Furthermore, which also choose the non-residential buildings in order to avoidthe repeated calculation of population. Then based on the correct density value, usingthe means of grid to get the specialization of the demographic data. And analysis thepopulation distribute in the east region of Panzhihua City.
