"The national curriculum,as a foundational curriculum,emphasizes the irreplaceable role of foundations in the development of a person's life." In order to the healthy development of students comprehensive balance urban and rural gap,adjust measures to local conditions of the teaching arrangement,the eighth curriculum reform in 2001 countries,our country began to implement national,local and school three-level curriculum management,on the curriculum management to a certain autonomy,local and school nearly 20 years of curriculum reform,the rural primary school curriculum present situation how,whether meet the basic requirement of the curriculum: open,flat,open good national curriculum.Taking a rural primary school as a sample,this study focuses on the current situation and main problems of the national curriculum in the sample primary school,as well as the effects of the main influencing factors,so as to promote the national curriculum in the sample primary school.In order to objectively and truly reflect the current situation of national curriculum in rural primary schools,scientifically analyze its influencing factors,and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to provide reference for deepening the implementation of educational curriculum and promoting the balanced development of national education.This research mainly adopts the literature method,case study method,in the process of data collection using interview method,observation method and physical analysis method,through literature review,on the basis of existing research,in order to M primary school as a case,through the observation and interviews to understand the rural primary school national curriculum present situation,using interview and observation to the physical and the collection of data analysis,mainly from inside the school,at the same time combining curriculum itself and school external factors analysis of the influence factors of national curriculum,the study found that samples of primary national curriculum basic implementation open together,but in the process of opening,there are some problems: In the course of setting up national curriculum,some courses can be opened at full speed,while other courses such as sound and physical beauty and comprehensive practice have been ignored,so they cannot be opened at full speed and there is a certain distance between them.Factors that affect nationalcurriculum is the most important of the school,the problems existing in the internal school many of the problems existing in the management process: the lack of curriculum management consciousness,the principal teaching leadership level is insufficient,teachers' professional quality needs to be improved,teachers' curriculum awareness is not strong,such as the shortage of teachers,school curriculum evaluation mechanism is not comprehensive,in addition,the department in charge of education,family and other social education idea also needs change.In view of the problems existing in the national curriculum of the sample primary schools and the analysis of the influencing factors,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward at last.Increase the allocation of teachers and rationalize the structure of teachers;To improve teachers' professional quality and strengthen post-post professional training;Integrate curriculum resources and improve the curriculum assessment system;Change educational idea,carry out new curriculum reform.Due to the researcher's own knowledge and the effectiveness of data collection,there are still many deficiencies in this study and many related problems to be solved.
