The coach's training concept is gradually formed in the training,it is the guiding ideology of the coach's organization training.The coach's training concept plays an important role in the development of young people.Whether the training concept is advanced will directly affect the training effect.Through the development of campus football in recent years,China's football has improved greatly,but the level of football in China is still far from that of a powerful football country.The reason is mainly due to the lack of young football talents and the low level of tactics and tactics in China.An issue that cannot be ignored is the backwardness of the coach's football training concept,which has kept young people under a wrong guide.Conducting football training has led to the solidification of our young players' thinking and lack of innovation,so that there are few good football seedlings,which seriously restricts the development of our football.The purpose of this study is to explore the problems existing in the training concept of the coaches of the Lanzhou junior middle school football special school.Taking the training concepts of the coaches of the Lanzhou junior middle school football special school as the research object,we investigated the coaches' youth strategic training concept The problems in the four aspects of sexual training concept,humanistic operational training concept and technical practical training concept provide suggestions for Lanzhou junior middle school campus football characteristic school coaches to establish a scientific training concept.This study investigated the training ideas held by the coaches of the Lanzhou junior middle school football special school through the questionnaire method,the questionnaire survey method,the logic analysis method and other methods.The common problems existing in the trainer's training concept,and make suggestions based on these problems,provide a theoretical basis for constructing the trainer's scientific training concept.The conclusions of this article are developed from the four aspects of the training concept,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.The selection concept of the coaches of the Lanzhou junior middle school campus football characteristic school is mostly based on experience and observation.The selection of talents ignores the investigation of the players' psychological qualities and sports intelligence.2.Most coaches are unclear about the essential characteristics of football,and the development of physical fitness training is unbalanced.3.Most coaches adhere to the education-based training concept,but they do not have a profound understanding of the educational role of football,neglect the learning of players' cultural qualities,and pay attention to the cultivation of players' sound personality and personality,and the creativity and expression of young people.The degree is not high.4.The trainer's eagerness for quick success is serious,and he puts too much emphasis on the results of the game and does not attach importance to the cultivation of player interest.5.Most coaches believe thatthe players are subordinate to the coaches;when communicating and guiding,they usually adopt a parent-command style;and they use restrictive questions in the way they ask questions of players.6.The coach did not formulate a perfect training system and guidelines.7.Most of the coaches use indoctrination to explain and demonstrate,which lacks inspiration.8.Coaches lack the formulation of mid-and long-term training plans;when arranging training content,they cannot teach according to their aptitude;the training method is out of confrontation and lacks practicality.9.The coach will reflect and summarize when there is a problem,and lack of reflection on the training plan and training philosophy.Suggestions: Coaches should establish a scientific concept of talent selection,pay attention to the combination of various physical and mental indicators,and pay attention to the psychological quality and sports intelligence of the players;coaches should strengthen the learning of football theoretical knowledge,grasp the essential characteristics of football projects,according to the youth Targeted training in the sensitive period of physical fitness,balance the training proportion of various physical qualities during training,pay attention to the development of players' sensitive qualities and flexibility qualities;coaches should grasp the educating role of football,and pay attention to the youth player's cultural
