Research On The Disclosure Of Financial Information In M College

Information disclosure is the only way for colleges and universities to develop healthily.University financial information,as the core part of university information,is also an important part concerned by information demanders,which is still a weak link in the work of university information disclosure in China.On the one hand,the financial information disclosure in colleges and universities is in response to the positive performance of the policy,on the other hand,it is also conducive to the establishment of a good image of colleges and universities,and it also allows different fund providers to better understand the financial information of colleges and universities in a more comprehensive way,so that colleges and universities can attract more resources.At the same time,the combination of internal and external supervision is adopted to promote the construction of clean government and ensure the healthy development of college education.In recent years,the work of financial information disclosure in colleges and universities is in full swing,but there are still many problems on the way of information disclosure.The paper firstly expounds the background and significance of the current researches on financial information disclosure.By means of literature analysis,the author extensively investigates the relevant literature,establishes the research status at home and abroad,and explains the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of financial information disclosure in colleges and universities.The paper then takes M College as the research object,analyzes the process,requirements and contents of the financial information disclosure of M College by inspecting the information disclosure platform of M College and visiting the relevant staff in M College,and analyzes its current situation of the financial information disclosure.It also puts forward its existing problems in the financial information disclosure and discusses the possible causes of these problems.The study employs the methods of content analysis and case analysis to analyze the contents and procedures of financial information disclosure in three domestic and foreign universities and colleges,and then summarize the reference role of the practice of financial information disclosure in M College.From the perspective of promoting the modernization of university governance system and governance ability,this paper puts forward that M College should carry out financial information publicity from four aspects:establishing and improving the system mechanism,building and standardizing the financial information publicity platform of universities and colleges,improving the responsibility consciousness of university publicity and the participation consciousness of the public,and establishing the supervision mechanism of financial information publicity in order to provide guidance for the work of financial information disclosure in universities and colleges.
