Research And Practice On The Teaching Mode Of College Sports Clubs In Hubei General Undergraduate Colleges

With the continuous advancement of the concept of physical education in China,the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities has become more and more perfect in recent years.At present,most colleges and universities in China are carrying out teaching reforms in different ways.As the most popular teaching model,sports clubs embody students' subjectivity.Focus on the development of students 'personality,take students' health as the first criterion,and at the same time,students can develop the ability to exercise alone and the awareness of lifelong physical exercise.At present,we can find that the role of teachers is maximized and the enthusiasm of students to exercise their bodies is maximized in colleges and universities that have successfully implemented the new sports teaching model.At the same time,the teaching mode of sports clubs plays an important role in the construction of school sports culture.It can promote the physical and mental development of students,enhance their sports interests,and pay attention to the development of students 'personality.Sports clubs combine fitness,recreation,teaching sports skills,and promoting students' physical and mental health,with the goal of promoting students' personal development and physical and mental health development.It is a new type of college sports teaching model that has emerged in the context of the continuous progress of our society,the gradual development of sports and the continuous reform of school sports.Some experts and scholars have also conducted a systematic study on this model,analyzed the current situation of the implementation of the sports club model in some universities,and provided relevant evidence for universities that are about to implement the new sports model.Based on the analysis of the current international and domestic research reports on the teaching mode of some sports clubs,combined with the current situation and development of sports clubs in some colleges and universities in China,this paper makes a deep study of the problems existing in their practical operation,by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and so on,and after the induction and summary of this paper,it is hoped that it can be of some help to the teaching theory of Sports Club Model;Based on the investigation and study of six general colleges and universities in Hubei Province which have already carried out the teaching mode of sports clubs,this paper sums up their successful experiences and shortcomings in carrying out the teaching mode of sports clubs,this paper probes into the countermeasures of promoting the development of sports club teaching in local colleges and universities in Hubei Province,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the teaching mode of Sports Club.
