The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward new requirements for comprehensively improving the level of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities.Some important policy documents,such as the Ministry of education's opinions on establishing and improving the long-term mechanism for the construction of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities and ten standards for teachers' professional behavior in the new era,lead the requirements of strengthening the construction of teachers' professional ideals and professional ethics to a new height.The requirements of these systems and policies are of great practical significance for strengthening and improving the construction of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities,guiding teachers to consciously practice the socialist core value system,strengthening selfcultivation,carrying forward noble teachers' morality,and improving the quality of higher education;for deepening the education of social core values,Comprehensively Strengthening the construction of moral education system in Colleges and universities,and improving the quality of civilization of the whole nation It also has a wide range of social significance.For a long time,the construction of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities is based on the colleges and universities themselves,the groups of teachers in Colleges and universities as the starting point,but rarely from the groups of students who are also the main body of education.From the perspective of College Students' participation,this study analyzes the experience and practice of the construction of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities at home and abroad on the basis of the research on the relevant theoretical papers of domestic and foreign scholars on the construction of teachers' morality,and expounds the participation of college students And the significance of the construction of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities,and through on-the-spot investigation found that the current difficulties and the main reasons of College Students' participation in the construction of teachers' morality,and then explore the specific measures of College Students' participation,in order to promote the construction of teachers' morality in colleges and universities to achieve the desired results.First of all,on the basis of defining the basic connotation of the construction of College Teachers' morality,this paper studies the development process and significance of the construction of College Teachers' morality.Teachers' morality in Colleges and universities refers to the teachers' professional ethics in the process of training professional talents for the country and society and implementing education and teaching.Its basic connotation conforms to the environmental background of the new era,including three main contents: Taking "four good teachers" as the basis of teaching,taking "four guiding persons" as the value pursuit,and taking "four unifying" as the action guide.The development of teachers' Moral Construction in Colleges and universities has experienced from the beginning of the founding of new China to the end of the 1970 s,from the beginning of reform and opening up to the beginning of the 21 st century,and then to the new development since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which is a progressive and rising development process.The significance of the construction of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities is not only reflected in that it is an important link of Ideological and political education for college students and the key link of promoting the construction of a harmonious campus,but also an important foundation for building a high-quality university in China.Secondly,on the basis of defining the connotation and basic ways of College Students' participation in the construction of College Teachers' morality,this study studies the theoretical and practical basis of College Students' participation in the construction of College Teachers' morality.The basic ways for college students to participate in the construction of teachers' morality are direct participation and indirect participation,individual participation and organizational participation,as well as the necessary order of participation.At the same time,the theory of intersubjectivity,stakeholder theory and participatory democracy are the theoretical basis of College Students' participation in the construction of teachers' morality.Meanwhile,the relevant policies and regulations also support college students' participation.The reason why college students should participate in the construction of College Teachers' morality is that they are not only the direct perceiver,but also the direct evaluator and the main supervisor.College Students' participation in the construction of College Teachers' morality is not only conducive to the healthy development of college teachers,but also to the efficient operation of College Teachers' morality construction and the improvement of College Students' comprehensive quality.Thirdly,this study uses questionnaire survey to understand the basic situation of College Students' participation in the construction of teachers' morality and analyze the reasons.At present,college students hold a positive and praising attitude towards the overall style of the construction of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities,but there are still difficulties in the process of College Students' participation in the construction of teachers' morality,such as vague cognition,low degree of participation,and extensive formalization of participation effect.The reasons for these difficulties include not only the weak awareness of College Students' participation,but also the limited ways and contents of College Students' participation and the imperfect system of College Students' participation.In the end,the research puts forward the specific path of College Students' participation in the construction of teachers' morality.First of all,we need to enhance the awareness and ability of college students to participate in the construction of College Teachers' morality,and stimulate the main body consciousness and sense of responsibility of college students to participate in it;secondly,teachers should actively encourage college students to participate in the construction of College Teachers' morality,establish equal and interactive teacher-student relationship,and actively understand the evaluation of College Students' morality;thirdly,colleges and universities should strengthen the system construction and platform construction of College Students' participation in the construction of teachers' morality To establish a specific mechanism of College Students' participation and build a platform for college students' participation.In addition,in order to ensure the feasibility of College Students' participation in the construction of teachers' morality,the participation of college students should be based on the principles of institutionalization,equality and diversification.
