With the rapid development of industrial robot technology,and the increasing demand for robots in the market,China has become the world's largest industrial robot application market,which provides a huge driving force for the transformation and development of China's manufacturing industry,and greatly improves the market competitiveness of the industry.However,it is increasingly prominent that the situation is not synchronized with the rapid development of the application market,and the talent training of industrial robot technology in China is still lagging behind.At present,China's vocational education sector has attached great importance to this issue,and at the same time,it is also increasing investment in professional construction.But so far,there is no industrial robot integrated system that can be effectively applied to vocational education in China,which sets a huge obstacle to the development of this major.The purpose of robot technology integrated training system is to cultivate students' comprehensive application.It is equipped with common devices in production on the training platform to simulate the actual application.Within the reach of the robot,the robot is equipped with gluing device,handling and stacking device,sorting and assembling device,automatic operation detection device with programmable controller as the core,and peripheral I / O wiring module.Through the above scientific and reasonable design,we can focus on training the professional ability and professionalism of the staff in the installation,programming,debugging,maintenance,repair and team cooperation,quality control,safety awareness and other aspects of the industrial robot system,as well as the comprehensive professional ability in the industrial robot application technology.This article introduces the content of the robot system integration.The corresponding scheme is proposed for the selection of hardware and off-line simulation of robot system.In particular,the most important registration link in the robot system is optimized.The affine linemod algorithm is proposed based onDouglas puck and NMS.The results are more efficient and accurate.This provides a reliable and practical training integration system for the industrial robot technology application specialty of vocational education.
