| With the gradual development of "Made in China 2025" plan,industrial automation is developing rapidly,and the enrollment of industrial robot technology major in higher vocational colleges is growing rapidly.In this context: first,the college faced with the problem of insufficient comprehensive training equipment for industrial robots;second,in the case of different competition equipment in national,provincial and industrial competitions,the problem of insufficient competition training equipment is the problem in the skill competition for industrial robots;third,in the teaching of industrial robots,what it matters is how to cultivate the comprehensive application ability of industrial robots that meet the requirements of enterprises.The dissertation further analyzes the demand behind the above problems: 1.Analyze the use demand of industrial robot application industry through literature review;2.Analyze the ability demand of enterprises for talents through on-site investigation and interview of industrial robot application enterprises;3.Extract the requirements of skill competition training equipment through the study of the actual tasks of robot competition in Guangdong Province over the years;4.The dissertation analyzes the talent training objectives of industrial robot technology specialty in a college in Huizhou,Guangdong Province,interprets the needs of employment,defines the objectives of the training system,and studies the training system that is close to the actual situation in combination with the training needs of the college and students.Then,we start to think deeply about simulation and reality,understand the gap between simulation and reality,analyze the limitations of the actual situation,and put forward innovative solutions of the combination of hard and soft.It needs simulation software to reduce huge expenses,and at the same time,it needs physical objects to build closer to the real production situation,so as to achieve the goal of maximizing the comprehensive ability of talents.Under the idea of combination of software and hardware,the scheme design andfunction design of simulation training system are carried out,and the construction of basic version and competition version is proposed to solve the problems of teaching training equipment and competition training equipment.Then,under the premise of limited funds,it is a long way to build the industrial robot comprehensive application simulation training system.It includes PLC selection,touch screen selection,stepping motor selection,connection between PLC and I/O module,communication program between MATLAB and I/O module,communication program between industrial robot simulation software and MATLAB,three-dimensional modeling of terminal operator,three-dimensional modeling of industrial robot artificial workstation,importing workstation and programming in industrial robot simulation software.Conduct system communication debugging.At this stage,the biggest technical problem in this study is how to get through the communication between the entity PLC and the simulation industrial robot.In this research,I/O communication module,MATLAB programming technology and communication programming of simulation industrial robot are used innovatively,and the communication barrier between entity PLC and industrial simulation software is finally broken through.Finally,the simulation training system is used to carry out the practical application of the task,to test the function and basic effect of the system.The application evaluation of the system in the teaching of industrial robot specialty and in the practical training of skill competition shows that the performance of the system is relatively stable,the effect is good and qualified,which is basically affirmed by teachers,students and the whole college. |
