| In the course of China's rapid economic development,sports consumption has gradually become one of the important forms of people s indispensable consumption.With the continuous expansion of the demand of sports consumption market,the formation and development of sports industry has been promoted,which plays a prominent role in satisfying the national demand and stimulating economic growth.With the successful bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games of China and the hosting of the 14 th Winter Olympic Games in Inner Mongolia in 2021,the leisure characteristic town of Liangcheng of Inner Mongolia has seized the two major economic development opportunities and actively promoted the promotion of ski sports industry to regional economy.In this paper,the construction and development of characteristic towns in Daihai,Liangcheng,Inner Mongolia are promoted by taking ski sports as the industry guidance,relying on the advantaged snow and ice resources.By means of literature review,interview,field investigation,SWOT analysis and logical analysis,the development status of the ski sports industry in Daihai,Liangcheng,Inner Mongolia as well as the influence of economic development and development trend in the construction process of the town with leisure characteristics were studied,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.The ski sports industry in Daihai,Liangcheng,Inner Mongolia developed late in China,which played a certain role in promoting the local economic development,but the ski sports industry developed slowly.At present,attention is paid to the effect of ice and snow events,the development of ski sports industry and the gradual improvement of economic benefits,which will boost the construction of characteristic town.2.Expand the influence of Liangcheng Daihai skiing culture,highlight the characteristic skiing sports tourism culture of Inner Mongolia,improve the participation of skiing sports,and enrich the development of local ski industry;3.Liangcheng Daihai ski sports have distinct features,complete infrastructure and unique ecological environment.In the construction of new urbanization and characteristic towns,we should take the initiative to develop,with benign top-level design of ecology,management,cultivation and planning to ensure the development of characteristic towns.4.The economic development level of Liangcheng Daihai tourism has been improving year by year,and the market share of the ski industry has also been increasing year by year,which has promoted the local economic development.5.With the influence of Winter Olympics and 14 th Winter Games,it has a significant effect on the surrounding radiation.However,the cultivation of sports economic talents lags behind,and the diversification of sports industry needs to be explored on the basis of strengthening local characteristics.In the development of characteristic towns,the industrial cooperation of various departments at all levels is unitary,not active and innovative.6.The development of The Ski industry in Daihai,Liangcheng,Inner Mongolia is not reflected in a single industry,but a link of rapid economic development.Despite sound economic growth,there are also some shortcomings,mainly in the following aspects: the management system and policy support system are not perfect;The operation mechanism is not smooth,and there are many problems in key links.The market development theory research lags behind;The environment for development needs to be improved.In view of the above problems,the following Suggestions are put forward:government guidance to develop the advantages of skiing resources;Strengthen regional cooperation and build brand strategy;Increase capital input,pay attention to personnel training and training;Implement consumption promotion strategy to enrich skiing culture;With the help of the14 th Winter Games,mobilize the enthusiasm of all aspects;Do a good job in scientific research services and reasonably set up ski tourism industry projects. |
