Dormitory interpersonal relationship is the most indispensable part of College Students' ordinary university life,and in recent years,female dormitory contradictions have become more and more frequent.For example,in July 2016,discord occurred in the female dormitory of the school of economics and management of Luoyang Institute of technology,which led to misunderstanding and led to conflicts and physical conflicts.Finally,both sides were hospitalized for treatment;in Dianchi College of Yunnan University,female students were hacked with knives due to unresolved disputes;in 2011,Zhengzhou female dormitory was kidnapped due to the escalation of contradictions.From ordinary dormitory language conflict to life-threatening events caused by conflict.Through the "interpersonal relationship diagnosis scale of College Students' dormitory",this study selected female college students who had big problems in dormitory relationship,and used restrictive group sandplay therapy to actively intervene them,so as to achieve a good interpersonal level in dormitory.Restricted group sandplay therapy: group sandplay in the case of set rules.Only one sandbox is enough for two to six members.The order of each member is decided by drawing lots or guessing fists.There are several rounds in total.During the whole process of box court,no eye,verbal or physical interaction is allowed.Each person can only do one action at a time(if you take a toy,you can choose a toy or a type of toy),or you can choose to give up any action.You can not take away other's or your own toys,but you can move others' or your own toys.The last person at the last time can make a fine adjustment to the whole box court.Restricted group sandplay therapy is more representative of real life,it is the symbol of real social life.In the process of CO creating box court works,everyone has his own ideas about the works.However,because it is a joint creation of a box court,misunderstandings and frictions will inevitably appear at the beginning.This requires everyone to actively adjust themselves,feel and understand each other,so as to achieve a kind of trust and finally achieve the integration of the group.Corresponding to the dormitory,the female college students who have dormitory interpersonal problems in their normal dormitory interpersonal relationship,it is because they are not good at communication and communication,their opinions are often stuffy in their hearts,and they are not good at expressing,which leads to conflicts andmisunderstandings.Under the intervention of the restrictive group box court,they actively communicate with each other,reflect on themselves,and know others,and eventually the dormitory interpersonal relationship can be improved.Two studies were designed to explore the relationship between restrictive group sandplay therapy and female dormitory.Both study 1 and Study 2 adopted the experimental method,and the first study was to verify whether the restrictive group sandplay therapy was effective in improving the interpersonal relationship of female students in the scattered group(not in the same dormitory).The second study is to verify whether group sandplay therapy is effective in improving the interpersonal relationship of female students in the same dormitory.The results show that:(1)After the intervention of restricted group sandplay therapy,the significant difference in the scores of the interpersonal relationship diagnosis scale of College Students' dormitories between pre and post test in the experimental group was studied,which showed that the intervention in this study was effective,and the two dimensions of communication and conversation were significantly reduced,indicating that they had more communication and conversation in the dormitory interpersonal communication.Compared with the control group,there was significant difference in the total score of female college students in the loose spelling experimental group,indicating that the dormitory relationship has been significantly improved after the restrictive group sandplay therapy.At the same time,compared with the control group,the experimental group has significantly decreased in terms of communication,conversation,and hospitality dimensions,indicating that compared with the control group,the experimental group has significantly improved in terms of communication,conversation and hospitality.(2)After the intervention of restricted group sandplay therapy,there was no significant difference in the scores of the interpersonal relationship diagnosis scale of college students in the same dormitory between the two groups before and after the intervention,indicating that the intervention was not obvious,and the dimension of roommate support was significantly reduced,indicating that the students in the experimental group had more roommate support after the intervention in the dormitory.Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the post-test scores of female college students in the same dormitory,indicating that the dormitory relationship in the experimental group had not been improved well after the restrictive group sandplay therapy.Meanwhile,compared with the control group,the dimension of conversation in the experimental group was significantly reduced.It was indicated that although the total score decreased not significantly,the experimental group hadmore conversations in the dormitory.(3)On the theme of group box court,compared with the initial box court work,the trauma theme of the ending box court work is significantly reduced,and the healing theme is significantly increased.(4)Compared with the national norm,there was a significant difference in the use of daily necessities between the experimental group and the national norm.There were significant differences in the number of people and daily necessities in the same dormitory compared with the national norm.(5)The qualitative research results showed that the 42 participants explained the effectiveness of group sandplay therapy from the aspects of the characteristics of group sandplay itself,psychological counseling teachers,group members and group atmosphere.
