To sand play therapy is given priority to, using the method of experiment to compare different group guidance methods to trapped the intervention effect of interpersonal problems, improve the family trapped freshmen interpersonal skills, psychological counseling and guidance for colleges and universities to provide empirical basis.To mental health survey of 2013 grade 3782 freshmen, on the basis of screening out of 439 students, exchanges difficult to rule out possible psychological barriers student 155 people, to eliminate possible communication disorders, 160 students, according to a standard home trapped born 24 interpersonal problem severity of newborn who was born in 18(including trapped) as the object, adopts such as group experimental design(respectively trapped newborn group sand table games, home trapped newborn group psychological counseling group and non trapped newborn group sand table games group and the control group) intervention studies, and design the sand table games and two sets of group psychological guidance scheme.Intervention after the test results show that after each significant differences in total scores and four subscales, embodied in on the total score between group A and group B, C, D were significant difference at 0.01 level, B and D group significant difference at 0.05 level; Communication problems in group A and group D exist significant difference at 0.05 level; On the treat people bother, group A and group C at 0.05 level exists significant difference; Heterosexual contact problem, group A and group D exist significant difference at 0.01 level. Interval after three months tracking test results show that each significant differences in total scores and four subscales, embodied in the total score in group A and group B, C, D group were significant difference at 0.01 level, group B and group D significant difference at 0.01 level. Problems in A conversation, group A and group C significant difference at 0.01 level; On the treat people bother, group A and group C significant difference at 0.05 level; Heterosexual contact problem, group A and group D significant difference at 0.05 level. Significant differences between pretest and track test, there was no significant difference between measurement and tracking test.Sand play therapy can significantly improve the trapped new interpersonal; Sand play therapy is superior to the general group guidance; Sand play therapy efficacy has certain stability.
