The modern Chinese quantifier “ba” can be used not only as a nominal quantifier, but also as a momentum word, which has a strong linguistic function. The semantic and grammatical functions of quantifiers such as “ci” “ge” “hui” “xia” are similar to those of quantifiers “ba”,the paper will be collectively referred to as “ba” category of quantifiers.Based on the investigation of the error corpus of quantifiers in class A of PAHOA School in Indonesia(senior high school students with Chinese language proficiency),about the “ba” class quantifier,Chinese high school students in Class A have five types of bias: the omission of nominal quantifiers such as “ba” “ge” and momentum quantifiers such as “ci” “hui”,the quantity structure is overall out of order,a two-way missubstitution between quantifiers in the category of “ba”,quantifier “zhi” one-way misnomer quantifier “ba” “ge”,the stylistic bias of the quantifier “ba”.The main reasons for the errors are the analogy between quantifiers in Indonesia and the grammar rules of the mother tongue, the semantic encroachment of quantifiers in the target language, the complete avoidance caused by learners' own knowledge limitations, the selective avoidance caused by the substitution of simple quantifiers and the influence of southern Chinese dialects. In addition, the absence of context also contributes to the formation of errors. The teaching practice based on the analysis of the error types and error causes of the “ba” category of quantifiers shows that the errors can be effectively avoided through in combination with the language identity and group characteristics of learners, such as semantic and cultural exploration method, interest teaching method and linguistic cognitive method,as well as practice methods such as regular memory, associative simulation and semantic cognitive discrimination;to help students form a positive regular learning habit.
