The Backwash Effect Of Chinese Achievement Test In Primary School

Backwash effect of tests refers to the test of the impact on teaching and learning.Generally speaking,it can be divided into positive backwash and negative backwash.In this paper,the author regarded the fifth grade and sixth grade students in Darasamutr school as the research object.The Chinese achievement test was used to explore the backwash effect of Thai learners and Chinese teachers in primary school,which is based on the backwash effect of theoretical and empirical research.According to the research,some advice will be put forward to improve the Chinese teaching level of Thai primary school.Based on the research,the author found that achievement test has some certain positive and negative backwash effects on teachers' teaching and students' learning.According to the test results,most teachers will adjust teaching contents,teaching methods and strategies,design the test items based on students' learning motivation,which are the manifestation of the positive backwash effect.For the negative backwash effect,some teachers may focus on the content of test,which is not conducive to the overall development of students' Chinese learning and progress.The backwash effect of some teachers' teaching is not obvious,which is related to the teaching surroundings and lack of teaching experience.The backwash effect of elementary school learners is more complex,it is related to students' learning motivation,learning interest,the setting of test items and the rationality of the students' Chinese foundation.The backwash effect on students who have a clear motivation and strong learning interest is more obvious.Otherwise,the backwash effect is not obvious.Therefore,for students,keeping clear learning goals and improving the interest are the key to learning Chinese well.For teachers,the scientific organization of examination,properly choosing the teaching content and improving the professional quality are the guarantee to teach Chinese well.For schools,it is important to improve the school level of teaching Chinese by regulating the standard of Chinese language test,improving the quality of curriculum,creating a learning atmosphere.For some institutions which help people to get the TCSL certificate,they can introduce some seminar of foreign Chinese test to primary school reasonably in their teaching to help students use the test to improve their teaching proficiently.meanwhile,some professional spirit which is the foundation of teacher's professional quality should be cultivated,make sure that every international Chinese teacher will be presentatives who impart knowledge and cultivate people and love their work and be devoted to it.
