The pre-school stage is a very rapid and critical period for the development of human body,intelligence and experience,which affects the formation and shaping of children's own personality qualities.The Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Deepening the Reform and Standardization of Preschool Education emphasizes that pre-school education is the beginning of lifelong learning,an important part of the national education system,and an important social welfare undertaking.To do a good job in pre-school education and achieve preschool education is a major decision made by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Because of the professionalism and application of education,secondary vocational schools take an important role in the field of preschool teacher training.Therefore,research on the cultivation of students majoring in pre-school education in secondary vocational schools has a very important value for improving the quality of pre-school teachers in our country.From the perspective of education management,this article uses Harbin Vocational and Technical School for Women as a case study to discuss the preparation of students majoring in pre-school education in secondary vocational schools.The author used the questionnaire and interview outline to investigate the students and teachers of pre-school education major in Harbin Vocational and technical school for Women.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data and interview content,it visually presented the basic situation of the preparation of pre-school education students in Harbin Vocational and Technical School for Women.Then,through the in-depth analysis of the survey results,the problems in the training of pre-school education major in the school and the reasons for these problems are discussed,which are mainly reflected in the three aspects of training goals,preparation concepts and preparation models.Finally,in response to these problems and reasons,the author proposes to establish the preparation goals of professional talents,and to innovate the strategies of talent training models based on the people-oriented and hierarchical training of the times to promote the improvement of the quality of training of kindergarten teachers in Harbin Vocational and Technical School for Women.
