Preprimary Education Secondary Vocational Students Pre-inauguration Psychological Preparation And Tutorial

Objective: This paper explores the use of special group counseling for pre-employment mental preparation of preschool education secondary vocational students,and put forward feasible strategies and reflection to understand the psychological status of those students.Methods: This paper uses "career motivation questionnaire","occupation values questionnaire","social adaptability diagnosis scale","self-rating Anxiety Scale" as tools and survey 532 vocational students to analysis,in order to evaluate and analyze the current psychological status of preschool education secondary vocational students.Then it uses control group experiment which includes 60 control group students and 60 experimental group students to do pre-employment mental preparation group guidance and develop pre-employment mental intervention and intervention effect research.Conclusion:1.Current situation: The pre-employment mental preparation status of preschool education secondary vocational students has common characteristics.Most of them lack of pre-employment mental preparation which performance that the majority of students have general social adaptability and their anxiety degree are Moderate anxiety but this situations differs from different gender,region and grade.2.Intervention Effect: The control group experiment of Secondary vocational school students shows that 12 systematical pre-employment mental training improves Vocational School Preschool Major students’ mental preparation.The group guidance of pre-employment mental preparation helps vocational high school preschool education major students to improve their social adaptability and reduce their pre-employment anxious and it also helps to set correct occupational values.
