With the development of fitness industry in China,the market potential of yoga is huge,but at the same time of rapid development,problems should not be ignored,such as over-saturation of businesses and products,too many and miscellaneous brands,too dispersed,small venues,fierce competition,lack of management and so on.Tuibian Yoga Fitness Co Ltd is one of the representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises in The yoga industry in Xi 'an.Since its establishment in 2016,it has steadily occupied the yoga market in the southern suburbs of Xi 'an with a new store every year.Based on the core competitiveness theory,collaborative innovation theory and learning organization theory,this study comprehensively analyzed the related researches on the development of yoga enterprises at home and abroad.The core competitiveness of Tuibian yoga is the fan economy,and more collaborative actions and performance are integrated.Secondly,it focuses on combing yoga,brand competition,competitive strategy and other related concepts,yoga is the synonym of current fashion and health,which is accepted by more and more people.Brand competition in transmutation yoga can be more reflected in promoting consumer buying behavior.The competitive strategy is more reflected in the business layer,which is the competitive choice for the marketization of enterprises.Again,the Tuibian of yoga strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats of are summarized,it suitable for yoga to metamorphosis competition strategy,differentiation strategy,and from product differentiation,brand differentiation,marketing differentiation and service differentiation strategy implementation,that four aspect is in progress,maximize the pay attention to and improve the brand reputation effect,promote the brand influence.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategic guarantee measures from four aspects: organizational design guarantee,talent management guarantee,enterprise culture guarantee and cross-border integration guarantee,so as to guarantee the effective implementation of competitive strategy from multiple dimensions.This study analyzes and evaluates the internal and external environment of yoga industry,develop scientific and objective competition strategy,through effective evaluation and selection,determine the suitable for enterprise sustainable development,reflect the core value of competitive strategy,launch the feasible strategy implementation plan,explore suitable competition strategy for the sustainable development of its own.At the same time,through a series of strategic safeguard measures,to maximize the guidance transmissive yoga to develop into a leading yoga brand in the industry.At the same time,this study provides a model with certain reference value for the competition and sustainable development of yoga industry in China,and provides a good reference for thesustainable development of yoga peer enterprises.
