The comprehensive implementation and implementation of the Compulsory Education Curriculum Plan and Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standards)indicates that the reform of school physical education in the stage of compulsory education has entered a substantive stage.A very important factor for the smooth implementation and implementation of the new curriculum standards is the need to cultivate a group of professional and responsible teachers.In the new curriculum standard file,fancy rope skipping is included in the emerging sports sports,and as a primary school stage of physical health must test one of the items,primary school physical education teachers own professional quality and teaching level,for primary school students fancy rope skipping learning effect plays a crucial role.At present,the development of this project is facing a great talent gap.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the construction of fancy rope skipping teachers and train a group of competent teachers,which is an important premise to improve the teaching effect of fancy rope skipping in primary school.According to the current situation of Beijing primary school fancy rope skipping teacher training,there are still many problems,which need to be further improved and solved.This research mainly adopts the research methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,taking the primary school physical education teachers in Beijing as the investigation object,combing and analyzing the current situation of the primary school fancy rope skipping teachers in Beijing,deeply discussing and analyzing the current situation of the primary school fancy rope skipping teachers in Beijing and the problems existing in the training process.And put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Specific research results are as follows:(1)At the present stage,the overall scale of primary school physical education teachers who are competent for fancy rope skipping in Beijing is not large,which cannot meet the demand for fancy rope skipping teachers in Beijing primary schools behind the new class platform,which is an important factor affecting the popularization of fancy rope skipping in primary schools.(2)The primary school physical education teachers in Beijing are mainly young teachers,and most of them are at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in terms of educational background.The overall educational level is high,the learning ability is strong,and they have the basic quality of training,which is conducive to the cultivation of the theory and skills of fancy rope skipping.A small number of PE teachers have participated in fancy rope skipping training and competitions,and their ability is not in line with social needs.(3)At the present stage,there are still problems in the training process of fancy rope skipping teachers in Beijing,such as the lack of professional fancy rope skipping training,the lack of professional fancy rope skipping courses,which has a certain impact on the training of primary school fancy rope skipping teachers.
