Kindergarten outdoor sports game is one of basic content of kindergarten activities, outdoor is a vast space, children can be free, free outdoor sports game. Because of its special venues, outdoor sports games often need teachers to conduct supervision and guidance to children’s games, The development of the educational value of the game and the game itself, but also depends on the teacher of the game guide. However, the lack of effective guidance of the game, for the development of children, is undoubtedly a great loss.This research mainly uses the method of observation, interview method and literature method, three kinds of research methods. A demonstrative kindergarten in changsha for three months of field observation, samples collected30outdoor sports game.This study by observing the kindergarten outdoor sports game instruction activities, analysis of the problems that exist in the direction of the kindergarten outdoor sports game, factors that affect kindergarten outdoor sports game guide, and provide some Suggestions for the game guide. This research mainly from the game about the present situation of kindergarten outdoor sports game guide way, game guide objects and the guidance effect three aspects are analyzed. The results are as follows:one is in the game guide, teacher mainly take the language and action guide. supplemented by language instruction mode and action guidance; different age class teacher difference in language instruction and action guide on the larger; two is in the game strategy, in outdoor sports games, the game with the guidance of teachers’ collective instruction, group guidance and individual education; three is in the game guide effect, high frequency positive guidance teachers, guidance and negative effect of invalid instruction accounted for a certain proportion; differences between different age class teacher guidance effect is not significant; the age difference of children’s games enthusiasm is not significant.Through the analysis of the status quo, found in the kindergarten outdoor sports game is mainly three problems:a, games, monitor the loss phenomenon of "degree" in the process of guidance; Second, the game instruction object "light heavy collective, the individual" phenomenon; Three, games, guiding effect on the phenomenon of high frequency and low efficiency. This research mainly from teachers, children, game environment factors and play materials three aspects to analyze factors affecting the game guidance, on the basis of this, this study puts forward the following three suggestions on improving teachers’Quality Game Guide.:First,the teacher wants to scientific observation of children’s game; Second,The teacher wants to have the correct guiding ideology; Third,The teacher wants to learn to teaching reflection.
