The Research On Improving Lamination Process Ability Of LCD With TP/CG

With the development of TFT-LCD industry,the Cathode Ray Tube(CRT)has been fully replaced after entering 21st century.TFT-LCD is a display medium between people and machine.TFT-LCD with touch function is becoming a basic requirement in this industry.Laminating product market is growing rapidly,Lamination yield,quality,cost is becoming more and more fierce competition in this field.At present,the majority of industry lamination process adopts semi-automatic fitting operation method.The high fail rate of bubble and the foreign material,the low yield of the factory,the extra use of manpower,low production efficiency,high cost of production.this paper analyzes to improve the operation mode of automation equipment,enhance the laminating yield,reduce costs through changing the laminating material of solid-state optical glue to liquid optical glue and changing semi-automatic equipment operation mode to fulfill automatic equipment operation mode,achieving considerable economic benefits.Research methods of the paper:1.Use industrial Engineering analysis method.Decompose process steps,and analyze the reasons of the laminating bubble;implementing decomposition steps in the process of introducing new equipment Automation scheme.2.Use quality management technique to find the cause of laminating particle.Solve the particle problem after the equipment automatic operation mode working.3.Analyzing and comparing the material characteristics,comparing the laminating process,referring to the liquid optical glue and the vacuum laminating process can effectively solve the problem of bubble issue,getting better benefit.4.Using the DOE method to find out the best process parameters when referencing automation devicesThis paper studies the method of lamination process improvement and solves the problem of yield rate,operation manpower cost,which will provide a new guiding direction,offer the reference value in TFT-LCD with TP/CG lamination production industry.
