Research On The Influence Of "Internet Plus" On The Demand Of Manufacturing Talents

In recent years,all the countries in the world will be "Internet plus" as an important enabling technology and manufacturing integration upgrade of manufacturing industry.In 2015,China also issued a guidance related to the "Internet plus action",and strive to be " Internet plus" and manufacturing depth,which derived a new manufacturing mode to promote technological progress and improve manufacturing efficiency.Excellent engineering talents is the foundation of the "Internet plus" on the upgrading of the manufacturing industry,therefore,it is very important to study the demand of "Internet plus" for traditional manufacturing talents.This paper mainly analyzes the connotation of "Internet plus",is a new generation of information technology applied to various industry."Internet plus manufacturing" is the essence of the development of the manufacturing industry to become intelligent,personalized service,intelligent manufacturing model.On this basis,the model of intelligent factory is established,and the process of making use of the new generation of information technology in every link of manufacturing and production is analyzed.Aiming at the intelligent manufacturing system,the characteristics of talents required by intelligent manufacturing are analyzed.The evaluation index system of engineering talents with knowledge,ability and quality as the first level index,interdisciplinary knowledge and practical ability as the two level indicators is established,and the weight of engineering talent evaluation index system is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).It is concluded that the engineering talents in the future need to have multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary knowledge,and have strong comprehensive ability and high comprehensive quality,which can be regarded as excellent engineering talents.Finally,some suggestions for talent training in the future are given on the evaluation index system of engineering talents.
