Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development and growth of China’s digital economy,intelligent manufacturing has become an important key of China’s manufacturing field transformation and upgrading.It has obtained all aspects of support from the country to the regional economy,the entire manufacturing industry’s industrial ecology is also constantly transforming to intelligence,and improving the overall equipment effectiveness(OEE)and energy efficiency of manufacturing equipment is one of the core issues of intelligent manufacturing.Through the investigation and communication of the enterprise,it is found that the business process coupling between the enterprise departments is high and the degree of intelligence is low,which leads to a large amount of management work and high operation and maintenance pressure.Therefore,this paper provides a multi-end MES management system for automotive mold manufacturers based on the development concept of intelligent manufacturing and the related theories of the industrial Internet.This paper implements a multi-terminal MES system based on the B/S architecture,and the functions of each terminal are as follows:(1)The client applies Spring Boot and Vue framework technology to solve the problem of confusion in enterprise executive layer,management and equipment management to realize personnel management,equipment management,material management,scheduling management,data reporting and other functions;(2)The mobile terminal applies uni App cross-platform framework technology to realize the equipment repair and maintenance work program in response to the problem of failure equipment repairs not timely and cumbersome operation for repairs.(3)The data visualization screen applies Echarts and Data V component technologies to show the production status of equipment in response to the lagging problem of on-site production information update;(4)The Pad side aims at the problem of single on-site maintenance data channel,and re-implements a function of maintenance equipment output specifically for the Pad.Secondly,the system optimized the data collection channel for OEE through the multi-terminal system,the data collected from the multi-terminal is calculated,the results obtained are displayed through charts and the data of each sub-item of OEE are analyzed to improve the production of the equipment production efficiency.This paper aims at optimizing the execution mode of enterprise on-site production management,strengthening the control of production process,improving efficiency,and achieving refined management,unifying the functions dispersed in each system.The system monitors and manages the company’s production process to ensure the smooth operation of equipment,automatically formulates maintenance countermeasures for equipment maintenance management,and provides a flexible and powerful tool for managing quality and cost.
