The accurate and rapid sampling of the cell sequence optical slice images of tens of nanometers is one of the difficulties in the study of digital confocal microscopy.The converse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics can realize nanometer level displacement output,driven by piezoelectric optical microscope objective lens focal plane to dozens of nanometer level interval stepping movement is so as to obtain interval sequence of cells such as optical section images of one of the effective methods.In this paper,the power controller is designed and manufactured for the XP-721.SL piezoelectric ceramic objective driver,and the performance index of the power controller is tested and analyzed to meet the requirements of the project design.First of all,this paper makes a reference to the domestic and foreign literatures about the research content of the project,and analyzes the research trends and design schemes of the existing piezoelectric ceramic actuators.According to the research background of demand and control object XP-721.SL.The second type piezoelectric ceramic objective performance parameters of the drive,through the related calculation,presents the performance of the piezoelectric drive power supply control system of the objective requirements and technical indicators.The software and hardware scheme of the power controller system are designed according to the requirements of the power controller system.Put forward a kind of small power integrated high voltage operational amplifier with low power triode H bridge type error amplifier circuit structure,the circuit structure and H bridge output power is supplied by asymmetric way to drive the load.The circuit structure avoids the high power consumption,high cost and high power supply voltage of the conventional amplifying circuit.The h-bridge error amplifier is composed of the main transport circuit and the output circuit,which has the advantages of high output current efficiency,strong driving capacity and high linearity.At the same time,because of the h-bridge output,the load is designed for floating ground,which can avoid the introduction of ground interference signal and effectively reduce the output voltage ripple.Designed an H bridge type high voltage and current monitoring protection circuit,the protection circuit of voltage,current critical point can be set by the micro controller,so as to adapt to different applications,effectively improve the stability and reliability of the power supply controller system.Secondly,in order to solve the hysteresis and creep of the piezoelectric material such as nonlinear problem,based on earlier research discovers,adopting digital incremental PID control algorithm of piezoelectric ceramics for closed-loop control objective drives.The upper computer software system of the power controller system was designed with VB6.0 development environment.The upper machine software system can issue related instruction control the output voltage of the way,can control the output step ladder wave,sine wave,square wave,triangular wave and sawtooth wave and other conventional waveform,convenient to test the performance of the power supply controller system and the application.Finally,the relevant test experiment was designed to test the power controller system,and MATLAB and other related software were used to analyze the experimental data.The performance and existing problems of power controller system are described in detail,and the prospect of future research is given.
