The Design And Implementation Of Hebei Construction＆Investment Group E-Procurement Platform Based On CA Authentication

With the rapid development of information technology,computer and network technology have been applied to various fields of society.Using information technology to build an electronic procurement platform that includes functions such as full-process electronic bidding and inquiry procurement has become a new mode of enterprise procurement.This project mainly designs and implements the electronic procurement platform of Hebei Construction & Investment Group based on CA Authentication.Mainly complete the following work:Firstly,the paper analyzes the main aspects of E-procurement business and CA certification technology,and confirms the E-procurement business process represented by the full-process electronic bidding business and the security process which uses CA certification technology to guarantee procurement.National public key cryptographic algorithm SM2 based on elliptic curves is studied.The digital signature,encryption and decryption functions based on SM2 elliptic curve algorithm are implemented by Openssl program toolkit.Secondly,the overall design scheme of the E-procurement platform is formulated.The platform adopts the MVC framework combining Spring,Hibernate and Structs2 program framework,and uses Oracle as the database.The platform is deployed on the Alibaba Cloud platform.Both the service server and the database server are dual-system hot backup.At the same time,one server is deployed locally as a remote disaster recovery.The database logic design including database table design and association design is also completed.Finally,the main functions of the platform are developed to realize the various design functions of E-procurement.The system function test and stress test are completed.The test results show that the E-procurement platform realizes the design function and can withstand the pressure of user procurement business capacity.The E-procurement platform solves the problems of identity authenticity,data integrity,data confidentiality,and time credibility in the E-procurement business under the environment of network.It can improve enterprise benefit,with the advantages of reducing costs,improving efficiency,facilitating supervision,and promoting fairness.
