With the gradual improvement of the level of world economic integration,the global innovation resources led by the open innovation model are flowing at high speed.This situation leads to the intensity of international competition.Moreover,The technology and resources between multinational companies are accelerating,and R&D internationalization has become a trend for enterprises to improve their innovation ability to meet consumers' demand.Only through the research and development of internationalization,the company can explore the knowledge and technology on a global scale,and combine it with internal research and development to realize the innovation and transformation and upgrading of Chinese enterprises.The internationalization entry mode of enterprise R&D refers to the way in which enterprises enter the international market for product development and technology acquisition.Choosing the right entry mode will have a major impact on the company's R&D capabilities.Therefore,it is of profound significance to deeply study the choice of R&D internationalization entry mode.Huawei's overseas R&D expansion began in1995 and continues to expand its international reach through an evolutionary internationalization.Huawei's number of patent licenses ranks first in the world,and it is in the leading position in China's telecommunications industry.Its sales in the domestic market has been ranked first for three consecutive years.Its internationalization entry mode provides a reference for Chinese private enterprises.Based on the theoretical basis of research and development and existing data sources,this paper will study the entry mode selection of Huawei's overseas R&D.The first part of the article introduces the background and research significance of the research and explains the reasons and research significance of the research on Huawei's internationalization entry mode.The second part combs the fundamental theories of R&D internationalization at home and abroad.It mainly uses the monopoly advantage theory and R&D outsourcing theory to provide a theoretical analysis framework for the following research on Huawei's R&D internationalization entry mode.The third part analyzes the status quo of Huawei's R&D internationalization and expounds the characteristics of its R&D internationalization.The main feature is thatHuawei can fully grasp the core competitive advantages and adapt to the needs of different markets.The fourth part deeply studies the influencing factors of R&D internationalization entry mode,the choice of entry mode and the characteristics of entry mode.The research believes that Huawei's internationalization entry mode is diverse.Factors affecting Huawei's R&D internationalization entry mode are mainly technical level,international experience and cultural diversity.The fifth part summarizes the performance impact of Huawei's R&D internationalization entry model,and proposes the positive and negative effects brought about by choice of Huawei's entry mode.The sixth part is based on the conclusions drawn from the above research and proposes countermeasures and suggestions on the internationalization entry mode of R&D for Chinese enterprises from the three levels of government,enterprises and companies.
