The estate, as the stanchion industry of Chinese national economy, is playing an important part in increasing domestic demand, maintaining growth as well as improving people's livelihood. Over the past few years, the competition has become fiercer in estate market with its development and maturation, which results in the collectivization, standardization and branding of the growing scale estate companies. It also turns out that the inner management lag becomes more apparent in some small or medium size real estate companies as a result of their rapid business expansion. So the continuallychanged internal and external circumstances have required the human resource administration of some small or medium size real estate companies to improve themselves. Therefore it is the first thing for executives of those firms to think about how to lower the cost in order to become more competitive by efficient human resource planning and management.The essay is a research report about the human resource and management situation, internal and external circumstances as well as supply and demand condition of MY--one of the small or medium size real estate enterprise in China on the basis of some human resource management theories and applications at home and abroad and the current situation of Chinese real estate industry.It also tells us some ways to solve the management problems and draws up a plan for the company's human resource management, which sets a practical example to a large number of Chinese small or mediums ize real estate enterprise.
