Being a basic motive power promoting the economic and social development,compensation contribution relates to the healthy development and stable operation ofthe national economy from the macro angle, and it is also a key factor deciding thesuccess or failure of an organization from the micro angle. To the employees,compensation has not only meaning on economics, but also meaning on psychologyand sociology. Effective compensation management in an enterprise has greatencouragement effect and produces positive influence on employees' work attitude,behavior and achievement. Whereas, it will seriously block the development of anenterprise. Therefore, the research on compensation management is a very importanttopic in the business management activity.Hunan Yinhua Group is an enterprises newly established on the base of the formercollective ownership enterprise, whose original compensation management system hasa lot of malpractices not corresponding with the development of modern enterprise andthe principle on market economy. While the reform of state-owned enterprises ispushed in deep, the company will take this as a turning point to implement all-roundreform including reform of compensation management system, to set up a complete setof human resources management system taking compensation and achievementmanagement as the core and realize high-efficiency operation and sustained and rapidgrowth of business results.According to the theories and methods on modern compensation management,this thesis makes analysis and research aiming at the compensation managementsystem of Hunan Yinhua Group. Staring with the present situation of the company, theauthor analyzes the problems existing in the compensation management system and thereasons for these problems, then brings forward the objective and principle of thecompensation management system, completes the basic flows of the design for thecompensation management system, including job analysis?job evaluation?performanceevaluation remodeling?corporation internal and external salary survey and so on,finally sets down the design of compensation management system for Hunan YinhuaGroup. In the end, the author points out the obstacles in the program implementationprocess, pertinently proposes some safeguards, then gives an estimation of the effect ofthe compensation reform system. The topic studied in this thesis, in the period of the current reform of state-owned enterprises, shows its considerable importance andcatholicity. The research result is of certain significance in guidance and reference tothe enterprise with similar background and situation.
