With the continuous development of society,science and technology are more and more advanced,and people's concept of consumption is also changing,the challenges are also changing.The human resources in the enterprise play a crucial role in meeting the challenges,compensation management is the most important chapter in human resource management.Because employees are most concerned about their salary,especially in the growing hotel industry,facing a serious talent crisis.Almost every hotel is plagued by how to attract and retain talent,so good compensation management is very important to attracting and retaining employees,especially in the labor-intensive hotel industry.This article takes Beijing AZ Hotel as an example to conduct an analysis of the status quo of the company and its salary management.Through conducting salary satisfaction surveys and interviewing HR managers,applying related theories of compensation management,to find out the main problems in the AZ hotel salary management,and analyze its causes.Then investigate and compare the salary of the same type of hotel in the hotel industry,and compare it with the salary of AZ hotel.Optimize the problems in AZ hotel salary management,at the same time,the corresponding safeguard measures have been put forward in order to improve the efficiency of the hotel.The main conclusions of this article are:First,through the analysis of the status quo of the AZ hotel and survey of employees' salary satisfaction,it was found that employees are less satisfied with the company's compensation system.Second,through an interview of the Human Resources Manager,we can find that the company's compensation philosophy is backward,the leadership does not pay attention,and the current compensation management program cannot mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.Third,t From the AZ hotel's salary management system,salary structure,salary fairness and competitiveness,performance appraisal,welfare system and other aspects to improve and optimize the current compensation system.The optimization plan is conducted under the four principles of citizen participation,fairness,competitiveness,and legality.Fourth,Put forward certain safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of the optimized plan,and the implementation effect is similar to the expectation.
