This study takes the compensation stratagem, the compensation fair conception and the compensation satisfaction as main research objects to probe into their relations in compensation management. Moreover from the study I still want to know the different level of star , the different level of employees and the proprietorship of the hotel how to influence them. Also I attempt to give some suggestions to the hotel for salary management. On the base of reading a lot of research documents, I proposed a basic model and gave three hypotheses. Using the questionnaire research method I acquired the data and the calculations were done by the software of SPSS 11.0.The hypotheses were largely supported. The main results are showed as follows:1. Compensation program's strategic characteristics included pay level positioning, job-evaluation-based pay, pay-for-performance and pay mix.2.There are three dimensions of employee justice on background of Chinese culture: distribution justice, procedural justice and interactional justice .Furthermore procedural justice and interactional justice are two different but relevant dimensions.3.The compensation stratagem influences the compensation fair conception and the compensation fair conception influences the compensation satisfaction. There are correlations between the compensation stratagem and compensation satisfaction mainly because the compensation fair conception acts as agency between them.4.The level of star, the level of employees and the proprietorship of the hotel influence the compensation stratagem, the compensation fair conception and the compensation satisfaction remarkably.
