Industrial cluster is an important model of district development, whileknowledge innovation is the key to industrial progress and sustainable development inknowledge economy. Knowledge is mastered by different groups and individuals inindustrial cluster, diversified subjects lead to diversified knowledge sources. In orderto take the most advantage of knowledge and maintain competitive advantage,knowledge sharing and innovation are imperative. Nevertheless, opportunisticbehaviors hardly damage the initiative of industrial members' knowledge sharing andinnovation, break knowledge transfer chain. Reputation affects their decision-makingsand outcomes, namely the reputation effect. How to constraint opportunistic behaviors,make full use of knowledge, share and innovate knowledge initiatively, these are keysto the advance of core competitive advantage of industrial cluster. Firstly, this paperanalyzes knowledge sharing process: knowledge seeking and knowledge transferring.Then discusses the impact of opportunistic behaviors on knowledge sharing,analyzes the two basic effects of reputation, namely, the information transfer effectwhich emphasizes reputation's information transfer function, the magnet effect whichillustrates reputation attracts the stakeholders of enterprise, reduces the cost of andaccelerates knowledge sharing. Finally, announces the constraint of reputation effectover opportunistic behaviors through game theory. On these bases, this paperconstructs a knowledge sharing model based on reputation effect.
