Research On Benefit Distribution Of Supply Chain Alliance Based On Shapley Value Method

Along with the economic development, the constantly changing market demand andthe fierce competition, Thus the supply chain alliance comes into being. Enterprises whoform the supply chain alliance keep more benefits their ultimate goal, so that a reasonablebenefits distribution mechanism a is necessary, they can improve the operating efficiencyof the entire supply chain and maintain its stability.There are several Supply ChainAlliance profit distribution methods, and each method is affected by many factors. Thesemany factors are combined and lead to uneven distribution and unsteady supply chainalliance. In order to make the benefits distribution more equitable and reasonable, thispaper presents a modified shapley value method.This article introduces the related concepts and theories of supply chain alliance andits benefits distribution mechanism, gives a brief introduction of Supply Chain Alliancecommon pattern and a profound explanation of the characteristics of the benefitsdistribution and its impact factor. This article combines theoretical basis (product pricingmethod, Stackeiberg game analysis method and Shapley value method)and the commonmethods of benefits distribution to read the present status of benefits distributionmechanism of supply chain alliance. But each method has its flaws, and its affected factorsare varied. It is difficult to take all factors into consideration, thus uneven distributiongenerates.There is a reasonable method in need to make the benefits distribution more scientific.The widely used Shapley value method is used in a multi-cooperation situation, but stillneed improved because of the lack of consideration of risk factors, innovation.This articletakes varied risk tolerance of alliance members, and the benefits brought by innovationinto consideration, amends the traditional Shapley value method, and illustrates thesuperiority of the amended Shapley value method by examples. But even the amendedmethod is not a perfect one, problems are still exist, this article puts forward solutions tothese problems accordingly, and proposes the research directions in future.
