Research On The Benefit Distribution Of China's Imported Cross-border E-commerce Supply Chain

Since the 1980s,the idea of supply chain management has developed rapidly in both the theoretical and practical industries.The rapid development of the economy has made the competition between enterprises increasingly fierce.As a virtual dynamic enterprise alliance,the supply chain often makes independent decisions due to the pursuit of "maximization of its own interests" by the nodes in the chain,which makes it difficult for the entire supply chain.Coordination,therefore,the establishment of incentive and compatible benefit distribution mechanisms and the formulation of scientific and reasonable distribution strategies have become the core of ensuring the continuous and stable development of China's imported cross-border e-commerce supply chain.In this paper,through a study on the distribution of benefits in China's imported cross-border e-commerce supply chain based on Sino-Japanese and Sino-Korea trade,on the basis of the traditional Shapley value method,taking into account risk exposure,innovation level and resource input,the introduction of comprehensive correction factors,established Improve the Shapley value method to determine the income distribution coefficient,and then realize the reasonable distribution of the interests of the various entities in China's imported cross-border e-commerce supply chain,so that it can promote the balanced development of China's imported cross-border e-commerce supply chain.First of all,based on the systematic introduction of supply chain management related theories,cooperative game theory and common benefit distribution methods,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current status of the distribution of benefits in China's import cross-border e-commerce supply chain,and analyzes in detail the impact of China's import cross-border The main influencing factors of the profit distribution in the border e-commerce supply chain have laid a solid theoretical foundation for the establishment of a profit distribution model for China's import cross-border e-commerce supply chain.Secondly,on the basis of drawing on the existing benefit allocation methods,the basic model of supply chain benefit allocation was established using the Shapley value method,and comprehensive consideration of factors such as risk-bearing,innovation level,and resource input to correct the deficiencies of the Shapley value method and established An improved model of chain benefit distribution.Finally,taking China-Japan and China-South Korea trade as an example,this paper analyzes the current status of profit distribution in China's imported cross-border e-commerce supply chain and establishes a profit distribution model.The results show that the improved benefit distribution scheme has increased the revenue of all entities in China's imported cross-border e-commerce supply chain from the original.It also inspired the increase in the total income of China's imported cross-border e-commerce supply chain,satisfying individual rationality and Collective rationality.It also considers other influencing factors,optimizes the benefit distribution plan to a certain extent,and balances fairness and efficiency.In order to realize the reasonable distribution of the interests of various subjects in China's imported cross-border e-commerce supply chain,it can promote the balanced development of China's imported cross-border e-commerce supply chain,and provide reference for the government to formulate policies to encourage imported cross-border e-commerce development.
