Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Degree Of Realization Of A Well-off Society In Henan Province

Now is the decisive period for building a well-off society in an all-round way.The 19 th National Congress and the 13 th Five-Year Plan have put forward some new requirements for the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.Henan Province has also put forward a historical task of decisively winning a comprehensive well-off society and making the Central Plains even more brilliant.It is of great significance to comprehensively build a well-off society to conduct follow-up research and analyze the key and difficult points of Henan's comprehensive construction of a well-off society,and to promote the process of building a well-off society in Henan Province.This paper first briefly expounds the status quo of the comprehensive construction of a well-off society in Henan Province,followed by the statistical monitoring index system of the well-established well-off society formulated by the National Bureau of Statistics and the statistical monitoring index system of Henan Province,based on the actual situation and indicator data of Henan Province.The availability of the three subsystems of economic development,democracy and rule of law,people's life,cultural construction and resource environment are selected to build an evaluation index system.With reference to international general standards,the13 th Five-Year Plan of Henan Province,national planning,and national conditions,the target values of each index are determined.The weight of the indicators is determined by the entropy method,and the comprehensive index method is used for comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the degree of realization of a well-off society in Henan Province has increased year by year,from 71.21% in 2013 to 91.26% in 2017,an increase of 20.05 percentage points,but there is still a certain gap from the realization of a well-off society.In order to more accurately explain the situation of comprehensively building a well-off society in Henan Province,using the statistical data of 2017,the level of all-round well-established society in Henan Province will be compared,and the level of completion of each region will be carriedout classification by cluster analysis.the results show that the level of building a well-off society in all areas of Henan Province is uneven.Zhengzhou has the highest degree of achievement,which is 92.47%,and Zhoukou has the lowest level of achievement,which is 60.82%.The difference between the two is 31.65 percentage points.Henan Province needs to strengthen weak.The establishment of a comprehensive well-off society in the region.At the same time,it is predicted that the degree of realization of a well-off society in Henan Province will be fully established in 2020.By 2020,the realization of a well-off society in Henan Province is expected to reach 93.89%,which is still far from the realization of a well-off society.Based on this,the author analyzes the restrictive factors of the comprehensive construction of a well-off society in Henan Province,and proposes countermeasures to accelerate the comprehensive construction of a well-off society in Henan Province.Based on the actual situation of Henan Province,this paper constructs a set of index system that can reflect the new connotation and new features of Henan's comprehensive well-off society.It will build a well-off society in 18 prefecture-level cities in 2017 and in Henan Province in 2013-2017.The degree of realization is analyzed to explore the restrictive factors for the comprehensive construction of a well-off society in Henan Province,and suggestions for countermeasures are given.It has certain reference significance for promoting the process of building a well-off society in Henan Province,and analyzes the realization of building a well-off society in other areas.The degree has reference significance.
