Farmer specialized cooperatives(cooperatives)is the effective form of realizing the transformation of rural economic growth mode.And it plays an important role in the promotion of industrialization of agriculture,increase the competitiveness of agricultural products and promote farmers' income.However,due to the lack of social network and the government's support,many cooperatives have been eliminated by the fierce market competition in the early stage of the establishment.In the face of fierce market competition,the director of the core characters of the cooperative long for the development of cooperatives to the decisive role,and increase of director of social capital cooperatives obtain market information,government support,so as to enhance the performance of cooperatives is the best way.Many scholars at home and abroad have studied the small and medium-sized enterprise social capital,enterprise dynamic capabilities and firm performance with qualitative and quantitative methods.The researches show that social capital is the dynamic capability of enterprise important pr-dependent variable and dynamic enterprise can force in between social capital and enterprise performance with full mediation effect.But at present the research bout cooperative field has not been carried out yet.Therefore,it has become an important research topic at this stage with the accession to the cooperative organization as a means of farmers to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition.To explore the method of improving the performance of the cooperative and take further policy means so that we can safeguard farmers' rights and interests better.This study is based on the theory of dynamic capabilities,social capital and organizational performance.At the same time,it analyzes the theoretical research model of the relationship between the social capital,dynamic capability and the performance of the small enterprises by referring to the research theories of the previous studies.Using amos20.0 and spss l7.0 model for empirical analysis to verify the relationship between the three,while testing the dynamic capability of the intermediary effect.Empirical model specifically analysis the chairmanship influence of the commercial,political and institutional social capital on the performance of the mechanism,and combined with the typical case analysis,to provide policy recommendations for promoting the development of cooperatives.The main content of this research includes six parts:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the background and significance of this study,introduces the main content of the study,the research methods and technical road-map,and finally summarizes the deficiencies and innovation;The second chapter is literature review,collection of relevant literature review,and a brief review;The third chapter is the theoretical basis and research hypothesis,this chapter is mainly about the dynamic capabilities,organizational performance,social capital theory to sort out and summarize,and make the research hypothesis;The fourth chapter is about the analysis of typical cases,this chapter through the case analysis,analysis of the director of social capital and dynamic capability above;In the fifth chapter,the theoretical model and research hypotheses are empirically studied.Including the design and processing of the questionnaire,and then empirical analysis,and the empirical results are summarized and analyzed;the sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions of this study and puts forward policy recommendations accordingly.
