With the rapid development of economic globalization,the world has entered the era of knowledge economy.Enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises through the upgrading of production machinery and equipment to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is no longer applicable.Wise entrepreneurs have long been the vision of the company's management and personnel training.H enterprises in recent years,low efficiency,poor management,lack of work enthusiasm,lack of team consciousness and other human resources management issues continue to appear,want to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,it is necessary to more rational planning and utilization of existing resources,more in-depth excavation and training of outstanding talents,building a high level of corporate solidarity with the team.Therefore,it is necessary to set up the incentive mechanism of H enterprises to build an effective incentive mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,improve the work efficiency.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,this part describes the research background,purpose and significance of the research,the research of the technical route,the overall framework and possible innovation points,and the significance of the research.The second part is the literature review part,this part mainly collects the historical documents about the employee incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises,and summarizes the research status of the enterprise incentive mechanism,and puts forward the main ideas and suggestions on the construction of enterprise incentive mechanism.The third section elaborates related theories,on the part of the thesis in the related theory is expounded,including the concept of incentive,incentive theory,such as: elimination system theory,Herzberg's two factor theory,McClelland's achievement need theory,Porter and work Le comprehensive incentive model,Douglas.McGregor XY theory.The fourth part is the problem and reason analysis of H enterprise incentive system,which is based on the development of H enterprise,the paper analyzes the existing incentive system of H enterprise,such as the lack of efficiency,the lack of efficiency,the lack of incentive mechanism,and the problem of H enterprise,which is a clear idea to form a perfect incentive mechanism for H enterprises.The fifth part is the construction of incentive system of H enterprises based on the elimination system.This part mainly for H company incentive mechanism at present and the reasons for the problems,put forward on building based on elimination of H company incentive system strategy,ideas should follow the principles,the use of the implementation of the compensation and classification methods to improve the construction of incentive mechanism.The sixth part is the summary of the analysis and conclusions and shortcomings of the paper.
