The scientific design of a competitive salary system is helpful to attract the excellent talents to join the enterprise,to improve the recognition and the sense of belonging to the enterprise,and to make the people do their best.Xi'an FH insurance company is mainly responsible for the sale of various insurance companies of various types of insurance products,with its scale continues to expand,the existing salary system can not play an effective incentive to employees.Therefore,to design a scientific and reasonable salary system,through the strengthening of staff salary incentive and performance appraisal,encourage employees to improve work enthusiasm and sales performance,is essential to maintaining Xi'an FH insurance services company in the future sustainable and rapid development.Firstly,through literature analysis summarized the meaning and elements of the compensation system,introduces the research status of salary system of domestic and foreign employees,to lay the theoretical foundation for the analysis and design of the compensation system of Xi'an FH insurance services company;secondly,analyzes the basic situation of Xi'an FH insurance services company's human resource situation and the current salary system.And through the questionnaire survey on employee satisfaction with the current salary,then sums up the existing salary system of Xi'an FH insurance service company employees of the problems and the reasons;then,based on the human resource management theory and incentive theory,combined with the Xi'an FH insurance services company expected to develop strategy to improve the sales performance,according to the basic principles of compensation design the system of the company,using the theory of compensation system design,the key to sales personnel as an example,Based on the analysis of job responsibilities,objectives and the relationship between work,job evaluation and salary survey were based on external financial adviser financial director,financial manager and financial director design staff salary structure,increase the key performance salary total paid employees compensation proportion;finally,Finally,the paper compares the differences between the old and new agent compensation system of Xi'an FH insurance company,and puts forward the scientific implementation steps,process control and management as well as the related safeguard measures.The design of the compensation system is not only helpful to Xi'an FH insurance services to attract talented people,inspire the potential of employees,to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staffs work enthusiasm and improve the enterprise sales performance,but also has the reference significance for other sales enterprises.
