As the foundation of enterprise management,team building plays a more and more influence on the performance and development of the company.Constructing for the strength teams enables the enterprise to be able to fight steadily in the intense market competition.At first,the writer reviews and sums up the work of team building during these years in Changsha branch of China Mobile Group Corporation(CMCC Changsha branch),then organizes the survey and interviews,analyzes the problems have found in aspects of team building,content management and so on.After data analysis,the writer finds out problems existing in the construction of team and group building in CMCC Changsha branch at present as following:the driving force of team building is not strong;construction achievements can't woke directly to play a role in the production of the company efficiency,nor turn into the corporate culture.On the base of the research and analysis for CMCC Changsha branch,the writer introduces theories of achievement need and psychological capital to promote the system design of team-building.Firstly,the groups need to set up correct consciousness of team building.Secondly,use the achievement need of the team itself,the members(including the team leader and team members).And finally,strengthen the team building achievements by combining with the normalization rules,building a platform to improve all the teams' performance.In order to guarantee the implementation scheme,CMCC Changsha branch should work on the institutional adjustments and system reforms to enhance the effectiveness of team building.Team-building is the new forms of organization and management.This article combines enterprise production and management,to provide the stage for the show,and to help the teams turn towards more efficient goals.Also,team building should be based on a return on staff,enable employees to share results of enterprise development.
