According to modern economic growth theory,innovation has become the main driver of economic growth.Entrepreneurial activity is the concentration performance of innovation.It can generate a large number of innovative thinking and innovative achievements.Meanwhile,it promotes the technological progress greatly.At present,Our country is in the economic transition period and the strategic emerging industries generated by request of industrial upgrading are developing rapidly.In the global wave of scientific and technological revolution and the construction of innovation-oriented country,technological entrepreneurship is becoming the core force of China's economic growth.Technology entrepreneurial teams are the key operation mechanism in the process of commercialization and industrialization of technological achievements produced by technological innovations.Technological innovation may have profitable opportunities as a kind of intellectual capital.And these kind of opportunities is possible to be turned into the economic benefits of the enterprise only through the identification and development of entrepreneurial team.At present,the phenomenon of China's sudden increase in the entrepreneurial group is also common.However,how to optimize developing management model of entrepreneurial team is of great significance to entrepreneurial practice.This thesis researches and discusses the theoretical extension of psychological capital at the organizational level and its explanation of performance change,based on the analysis of entrepreneurial team theory,psychological capital theory,multi-level theory,resource preservation theory,emotional contagion effect theory,and combined with the current technology entrepreneurship reality.In the process of transforming the technological innovation achievements into economic benefits in technology entrepreneurial team,the final result is not only influenced by the traditional factors,such as external environment support,entrepreneurial opportunity orientation,and capital investment,etc.In the process of complex entrepreneurial implementation.The lack of positive psychological resources,such as the poor psychological quality,tenacity and optimism,also can not be ignored on the result of entrepreneurial activities.The process of transforming funds into technical knowledge and transforming technological means into performance,with the shared psychological characteristics assistance to external system environments formed by entrepreneurial team,embodies the development of mining hidden value.On the basis of literature research,this thesis builds a theoretical model of the influence on team psychological capital of team psychological capital and chooses hi-tech entrepreneurship team as the research object.The thesis adopts the method of factor analysis,regression analysis and other methods to carry out data analysis and hypothesis inspection.The analysis of the sample data shows that the more plentiful the psychological capital of the team is,the higher the efficiency of development of entrepreneurial activity is.Team effectiveness,team hope,team optimism and team toughness all have significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.And the higher the level of team is,the stronger the positive impact is.Therefore,Strengthening the team psychological capital and team identity of technology-based entrepreneurial team can effectively promote the performance of technology-based entrepreneurial enterprises.Consequently,this conclusion provides some ways for reference for management directives in entrepreneurial Team.
