The communications industry developed fast in the recent 30 years of reform and opening-up,and communications industry has become one of the pillar industries of China's modernization construction.But competitors do it well in the market operation and management,global development,capital operation,management and enterprise's sustainable development strategy,etc.And on the other hand,the Encicool Co,.ltd.is facing a competition situation of the former block while the back pursue.Thee Envicool leaders always want to make it a true leader of this industry,so they are trying to solve all the existed problems and put it in a more healthy and orderly development road.This paper is based on Envicool Co,.ltd.Firstly,With the use of PES model,Michael Porter five model,EFE/IFE matrix method,the company's internal and external environment is analyzed and evaluated.Secondly,we use SWOT matrix and BCG matrix to analyze Envicool's business situation and analyze all the opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses of it.Based on it,a enhanced strategy and the horizontal integration strategy came into consideration.With the idea of deepen differentiation strategy,we analyzed all the key elements in the future development of Envicool with the tools of value analysis and value analysis curves.And finally in order to make the development strategy of the company Fully implement,we introduced the balanced scorecard method and designed the performance indicators in "finance","customers","internal processes",and "learning and growth".This research is started from the actual business environment,and it can enhance the core competitiveness and team building ability,and as to other domestic communications equipment enterprise,it can also give some reference.And it can also guide the industry chain to explore how to enhance the overall service level and the development strategy.
